How the Referral Program Works: A Step-by-Step Guide

Our referral program allows you to earn rewards by inviting friends to join us! Follow the steps below to send invites and earn bonuses.

Step 1: Ensure You Have an Active Account

To participate in the referral program, you must have an active account with us. If you don't have an account yet, please sign up before sending invites.

Step 2: Log In to Your Account

Make sure you are logged into your account before sending an invite. Follow these steps:

• Click on the Log In link, which can be found either in the main menu or at the top right corner of our website.
• Enter your login credentials to access your account.

Step 3: Access the Referred Friends Section

Once you're logged in, navigate to the section where you can send invites and track your referral bonuses:

• From the Account menu located on the left side of your account portal, click on REFERRED FRIENDS.
• In this section, you can view your account balance, see the list of people you’ve already invited, their sign-up statuses, and your active account balance.

Step 4: Invite Friends

To send invites:

1. Click on the "Invite a Friend" button in the Referred Friends section.
2. A window will pop up where you can enter your friends' email addresses. You can send up to 5 invitations by default at one time.
3. Type a message subject and a personal message if you'd like, then click the "Submit" button.

Step 5: How Invitations are Sent

The invitation will be sent by our system directly to the email addresses you provide.

Step 6: Email Address Verification

If an email address you enter has already been used by another customer, the system will not send the invitation to that email address. Please use valid and unique email addresses for each invite.

Step 7: Receiving Your Bonus

Once your invitees accept the invitation and sign up, both you and the invitee will each receive $5 in your accounts. This bonus will appear in your account balance, ready to be used on future purchases.
