Refer a Friend Bonus Policy

At our website, we value your loyalty and appreciate it when you recommend us to your friends and family. To show our gratitude, we’ve created a Refer a Friend Bonus Program that rewards both the referrer (you) and the friend you invite.

How the Program Works

• For the Referrer: You will earn $5 for every successful signup completed by a friend you invite to our website. This bonus is credited once your friend creates an account using your unique referral link or code.
• For the New Customer: The friend who signs up using your referral link or code will also receive $5 as a welcome bonus.
• Minimum Order Requirement: Both referrers and new customers can use their earned bonus on the website, but it can only be applied to orders of $20 or more.

Bonus Expiry

• The $5 bonus earned through the referral program will expire 120 days after it is issued. Make sure to use it within this period.

Conditions for Using the Bonus

• The $5 earned by both the referrer and the referred friend can only be used on purchases made on our website.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• The $5 bonus for both parties is valid for use on any order that totals at least $20, excluding taxes and shipping fees.

Preventing Abuse of the Program

We are committed to ensuring that the Refer a Friend Bonus Program remains fair for all customers. To avoid misuse, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

1. Self-Referrals: Customers may not refer themselves using multiple accounts. Each bonus is limited to one per unique customer, and accounts found to be associated with the same person will be disqualified from the program.

2. Duplicate Accounts: Creating multiple accounts under different email addresses, names, or contact details to receive the $5 bonus multiple times will result in all associated accounts being disqualified from the program.

3. Referral Farms: Any mass distribution of referral codes via public channels (e.g., social media groups, forums, or websites not affiliated with us) aimed solely at accumulating bonuses is not allowed. Only genuine referrals to friends, family, or direct acquaintances are acceptable.

4. Fraudulent Signups: Referring friends who do not complete legitimate signups or use false or temporary email addresses or contact information will result in immediate disqualification from the program for both the referrer and the new customer.

5. Bonus Misuse: Attempting to use bonuses in any way that circumvents the $20 minimum order requirement or trying to convert bonuses into cash or other forms of compensation is strictly prohibited.

6. Multiple Referral Programs: Participation in more than one referral program at a time using the same referral link/code may lead to disqualification from all programs involved.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to monitor referral activity for fraudulent or suspicious behavior. If any activity is detected that violates this policy, we may:

• Void any bonuses earned through these means.
• Terminate accounts that are found in violation of the terms of this policy.
• Take any other legal action deemed necessary.

Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Refer a Friend Bonus Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers through the website or email.
