Shipping and Handling

Here are our general policies for shipping and handling:

1. Orders placed by 3 pm PST will be shipped out the same day.
2. Free shipping items are mostly shipped with First Class USPS mail.
3. Free shipping is available ONLY to our US customers.
4. FedEx and UPS Next Day, 2nd Day,y and 3rd Day are not available on Saturdays, Sundays, and on FedEx and UPS holidays. For example, if you placed your order for Next Day on a Friday, you will get it on Monday.
5. COD shipments are handled by UPS.
6. Priority Mail packages are NOT guaranteed delivery.
7. Packages will arrive from a discreet business name. We will name the business in the invoice. It’s a different name for discretion.
8. All the packaging process is videotaped.
9. We have no fulfillment on Saturdays.
10. We are closed on all federal holidays, and no packages will be shipped.
11. International customers accept the risks of package loss or damage. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage.
12. Customs and duties are the responsibility of the recipients; we accept no responsibility.
13. We mail no solicitation or advertisement to your mailing address.
14. Packages used are discreet and crush-proof.
15. Boxes and packages used will not indicate the content of the package for US deliveries. For international deliveries, there will be some indication for customs and regulatory purposes.
16. Some countries do not allow certain ingredients into their borders. Please check such issues before placing your order. 
17. Free shipping usually takes 5-8 business days, and Priority shipping takes 2-3 business days to be delivered.
