What the 100K blue capsule is
100K is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, supplied as one capsule sealed in a single blister on a printed black card. Each capsule is one serving and carries a 1,000 mg proprietary blend. The card is marked 100K and P.B, is printed "Made in USA", and names SIL DIST as the distributor.
The capsule itself is two-tone — a blue cap over a clear, faintly blue body — and it sits behind the blister window on the front of the card, so you can see it before you open anything. There is nothing to measure, mix or portion out. It is stocked in our supplements for men range beside other single-card formats.
What is in the 1,000 mg blend
The panel on the back of the card lists twelve entries inside one proprietary blend and gives a single figure for the whole thing: 1,000 mg per capsule. No per-ingredient amounts are printed, so the label does not disclose how that 1,000 mg is divided between the entries. Below is each one as it is printed on the card, in the order it appears.
Go Ji Extract — the card's spelling of goji, the small red berry of Lycium barbarum. It grows across northern China and is eaten as a dried fruit and in soups at least as often as it is taken in capsule form.
Deng Sen Extract — a transliterated Chinese botanical name. In English-language herbals it is more usually written "dang shen", referring to the root of Codonopsis pilosula, a bellflower relative long used in traditional tonic preparations. The card prints only the words "Deng Sen Extract" with no Latin name beside them.
Atractylodes — a genus of daisy-family plants whose dried rhizome is one of the more frequently encountered items in traditional Chinese herbal formulas.
Panax Ginseng — Asian ginseng, the most widely recognised name on this panel and a root cultivated in Korea and north-east China for centuries. The NCCIH page on Asian ginseng gives general background on the plant and how it has been studied.
Pueraria — the kudzu genus. Its root is a starch staple in Japanese and Korean kitchens, where it is sold as kuzu, and it appears in traditional East Asian preparations. The card prints the genus on its own, without a species name.
Superoxide Dismutase — an enzyme found in living cells, produced commercially from plant or microbial sources for use as a supplement ingredient.
The remaining five entries are the everyday materials that hold a capsule together rather than botanicals: Microcrystalline Cellulose, a purified plant fibre used as a bulking agent; Triacetin, a food-grade glycerin ester used as a solvent and humectant; Magnesium Stearate, a flow agent that keeps powder from sticking to filling machinery; Anhydrous Dibasic Calcium Phosphate, a calcium mineral salt used as a filler; and Lactose, which is milk sugar. The card carries no separate "Other Ingredients" line, so these sit inside the same 1,000 mg figure as the botanicals do.
A twelfth line on the panel reads simply "Proprietary Blend", inside the proprietary blend itself. We transcribe panels as they are printed rather than tidying them up, so it appears in the table below exactly as it does on the card. For general background on how botanical supplement labels are put together, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements publishes an overview of botanical dietary supplements, and its Dietary Supplement Label Database is a public archive of panels much like this one.

How to use it
The card's directions are to take one capsule one hour before sexual activity. It also says the capsule may be taken on a regular basis, and asks that it be taken one hour apart from other supplements or medications.
The caution block on the same panel sets a firm upper limit on how often: do not use more than one capsule in any 60-hour period. That is a ceiling printed by the manufacturer, not a schedule to work towards. Store the card in a cool, dry place, and stop using it immediately if undesirable effects develop.
Who it's for
This is a single-serving format aimed at adults 18 and over. Because the card holds one capsule rather than a bottle's worth, it suits someone sampling a formula they have not used before, someone who prefers to buy one at a time, or someone who wants a sealed blister that travels flat in a wallet or bag rather than a rattling bottle.
It is not suitable for anyone under 18, and the lactose on the ingredient list makes it a poor fit for anyone avoiding dairy-derived material. If you take prescription medication or have a heart condition, the card itself directs you to speak to a physician before use, and so do we.
Good to know
- Contains lactose. Milk sugar is printed on the panel as part of the blend, so this is not a dairy-free product.
- Heart conditions. The label's own caution is to consult a physician if you have heart problems.
- Frequency ceiling. One capsule in any 60-hour period is the maximum the manufacturer prints.
- Keep out of reach of children. Printed on the card and repeated in the disclaimer below.
- No Prop 65 warning appears anywhere on this packaging, so none is reproduced here.
- Amounts are not itemised. If you need to know exactly how much of any single herb you are taking, this panel cannot tell you, and neither can we. NCCIH's overview of dietary and herbal supplements is a reasonable place to read about what proprietary-blend labelling does and does not disclose.
Frequently asked questions
How many capsules are on the card?
One. The 100K card holds a single capsule in one sealed blister, and the panel states that one capsule equals one serving.
How much of each herb does the capsule contain?
The label does not say. It prints one figure, 1,000 mg, for the proprietary blend as a whole, and no amount beside any of the twelve individual entries. That is ordinary for proprietary-blend labelling, and it is a real limit on what can be known about this capsule.
Does the 100K capsule contain dairy?
Yes. Lactose, which is milk sugar, is printed on the blend list. Anyone avoiding dairy-derived ingredients should skip this one.
How often can it be taken?
The card sets a maximum of one capsule in any 60-hour period. It also asks that the capsule be taken an hour apart from other supplements or medications.
Where is it made, and who makes it?
The back of the card is printed "Made in USA" beside a US flag and names SIL DIST as the distributor. Lot code PL-03 is printed in the same block. You can browse comparable single-card items in our male enhancement pills category.
