Adam and Eve Rechargeable Realistic Vibrating Dildo

What it is

Adam's Rechargeable Realistic Vibrating Dildo is a one-piece silicone vibrator from Adam & Eve, molded in a vanilla skin tone with a life-like tip, a veined shaft and balls, and a suction cup at the base. The package gives its dimensions as 9.05 inches overall with 6.75 inches insertable, 1.5 inches across the tip and 2 inches across near the base. A single button set into the lower shaft cycles 8 vibration speeds and functions, and the toy charges over the USB cable supplied in the box.

Design and materials

The body is premium silicone, described on the package as flexible and supple so it moves with the body rather than staying rigid. Silicone is the material most often chosen for this category because it is non-porous, holds no odor, warms to skin temperature and can be washed thoroughly — which is why it is worth knowing the difference between a silicone toy and a cheaper blended plastic one.

The sculpting is the point of this particular model: a life-like tip, raised veins along the shaft and sculpted balls at the base, all in a single seamless pour with no glued joins. The base is a suction cup, so the toy can be pressed onto any flat, clean, non-porous surface — a tiled wall, a shower panel, a mirror — and used hands-free, or simply held by the balls. Adam & Eve state on the package that the product is phthalate-free and latex-free, and that it is waterproof and submersible. The package also carries a five-year manufacturer warranty.

One practical note that follows from the material rather than from any claim: silicone lubricants can degrade a silicone surface over time, so a water-based lubricant is the conventional pairing for a toy like this one.

How to use and care for it

Charge the toy over the included USB cable before first use, then press the button on the lower shaft to step through the 8 vibration speeds and functions. For hands-free positioning, press the suction cup firmly onto a flat, clean, non-porous surface and give it a moment to seat; textured or porous surfaces will not hold it.

For cleaning, the package instructs you to use Adam & Eve toy cleaner and a warm water rinse. Because the toy is rated submersible, it can be rinsed under running water rather than only wiped. Let it dry completely before you put it away, and store it apart from other silicone items so the surfaces do not stick together over time.

Who it's for

This is an adult product for buyers 18 and over who want a full-size, realistically sculpted silicone toy with vibration and a hands-free option, rather than a smooth or abstract shape. The 6.75-inch insertable measurement and 2-inch width near the base put it at the substantial end of the range, so it suits someone who already knows they prefer that scale. It is listed in our sex toys collection, and you will also find it alongside related items in toys for men and toys for women.

Good to know

Adam & Eve print a five-year warranty on the package for this model; warranty handling is the manufacturer's, and the printed terms are what apply. The stated material properties — premium silicone, phthalate-free, latex-free, waterproof and submersible — are the manufacturer's own, transcribed here from the packaging rather than independently verified by us.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this vibrator waterproof?

Yes — Adam & Eve describe it on the package as waterproof and submersible, so it can be taken into the bath or shower and rinsed under running water when you clean it. Dry it fully before storing.

What is it made of, and is it body-safe?

It is made of premium silicone and the package states that it is phthalate-free and latex-free. Silicone is non-porous, which is why it can be washed thoroughly and why it is the usual choice for this category.

How is it powered — does it take batteries?

It is rechargeable, and the USB charging cable is included in the box, so no batteries are needed. A single button on the lower shaft cycles through the 8 vibration speeds and functions.

What lubricant should I use with it?

Use a water-based lubricant. Silicone-based lubricants can degrade a silicone surface over time, so water-based is the conventional pairing for a toy made of this material.
