What Amazing Honey is
Amazing Honey is a honey-based dietary supplement for adult men, supplied as a box of 12 single-serve stick sachets. Each sachet holds 15 g (0.53 oz) of a sweet, spoonable honey paste blended with three botanical powders. There are no capsules, tablets or liquids in the box — the whole product is honey in a tear-open stick.
The carton carries the brand marks Amazing Honey and Excellent For Men, with the Spanish line Asomrosa Miel printed beneath the English one. It is produced in Turkey by Göçmez Gıda under food registration number TR-34-K-132377, both of which are printed on the back of the box. Inside the outer sleeve, a blue tray slides out holding the sachets side by side in gold and blue foil.
You will find it filed with the rest of our supplements for men, alongside the capsule formats it sits next to on the shelf.
What’s inside a sachet
By weight, this is mostly honey. The panel lists 7.20 g of honey and 7.05 g of glucose per 15 g sachet — together roughly 95% of the contents — with 425 mg of botanical powder making up the rest. That ratio is worth knowing before you buy: it tells you this is a sweet food product carrying a small herbal fraction, not a concentrated herbal extract in a sugar coating.
- Honey — 7.20 g. The base and the bulk of the sachet. Honey is a natural sugar syrup made by bees from floral nectar; it is what gives the stick its thick texture and its flavour. Turkey is one of the world’s largest honey producers, which is unsurprising on a pack made there.
- Glucose — 7.05 g. A simple sugar, used here alongside the honey. Between them the two sugars account for 14.25 g of the 15 g sachet.
- Tongkat Ali root (formulated) — 225 mg. The largest of the botanicals. Tongkat ali is the root of Eurycoma longifolia, a slender tree native to Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, where the root has a long history in traditional preparations. It is a common inclusion in men’s supplement formulas sold today. General background on how botanical ingredients like this are regulated and studied is available from the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements introduction to botanical supplements.
- Cinnamon powder — 100 mg. Ground bark from the cinnamon tree, the same spice used in kitchens worldwide. In a honey product it also does culinary work: cinnamon and honey are a pairing older than the supplement industry.
- Ginseng root — 100 mg. Ginseng is one of the most widely traded roots in the herbal trade, grown commercially in Korea, China and North America. The NCCIH fact sheet on Asian ginseng gives an independent overview of the plant and what is and is not known about it.
Those five lines are the entire declared composition. The panel prints no separate “other ingredients” line, and no vitamins, minerals or amino acids appear anywhere on the pack.

How to use it
The label gives one instruction, and it is the serving line itself: one sachet (15 g) daily. That is the entire printed direction — the pack states no advance timing, no interval between servings and no storage guidance, so none is invented here.
The format is self-explanatory. Tear the notch at the top of the stick and take the honey directly, or stir it into a warm drink the way you would any other honey. It needs no water to swallow and no measuring.
Anything beyond the printed serving — how it might sit with a medication you take, or with a condition you are managing — is a question for a pharmacist or doctor, not for a product page. The NIH consumer guide to dietary supplements is a sensible place to start if you want to know what questions to ask.
Who it’s for
This is a men’s supplement sold to adults 18 and over; the box says For Men on the front. The twelve-sachet box suits someone who already knows they get on with honey-format supplements and wants a supply on hand rather than a single trial serving.
The format itself is the real differentiator. If swallowing capsules is unpleasant for you, or you simply prefer something that tastes of something, a honey stick is a genuinely different experience from a hard gel capsule — and it is portable in a way a bottle is not. Browse the rest of our honey and syrup supplements if that format is what brought you here.
Good to know
- It is mostly sugar. 14.25 g of each 15 g sachet is honey and glucose. Anyone counting sugar intake for any reason should factor that in before adding a sachet to the day.
- It is a bee product. Honey is the primary ingredient by weight, so this is not suitable for anyone avoiding bee products.
- Adults only. Not for anyone under 18.
- Speak to a professional first if you take prescription medication of any kind, particularly nitrates or anything for a heart condition.
- Keep it away from children, as you would any supplement.
Frequently asked questions
How many sachets come in the box?
Twelve. The box of Amazing Honey holds 12 stick sachets of 15 g (0.53 oz) each, held in a slide-out tray.
Is this a capsule, a pill or a liquid?
None of those. Amazing Honey is a thick honey paste in a foil stick sachet, taken straight from the stick or stirred into a drink. There is nothing to swallow whole.
What are the herbal ingredients and how much of each is in a sachet?
Each 15 g sachet declares 225 mg of tongkat ali root (formulated), 100 mg of cinnamon powder and 100 mg of ginseng root, alongside 7.20 g of honey and 7.05 g of glucose. Those five entries are the complete declared formula.
Where is Amazing Honey made?
Turkey. The back panel carries the Turkish origin mark, the producer name Göçmez Gıda and food business registration number TR-34-K-132377.
Does it contain sugar?
Yes, and a lot of it by design — honey and glucose together are 95% of the sachet by weight. This is a sweet food product, and it tastes like one.
