What this is
Ether Advanced Energy Release is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, supplied as one capsule sealed in a bubble on a single blister card. The capsule shell is clear and the powder inside it is off-white. The Supplement Facts panel on the back of the card states that one capsule equals one serving, and no milligram figures appear anywhere on the packaging.
The front of the card is teal, printed with a faceted diamond motif and a circular brand mark above the word ETHER, with advanced_energy_release set in spaced capitals beneath it. The strength designation HIGH is printed in the top right corner and repeated in the panel on the reverse. The back of the card carries a short dictionary conceit that explains the name: “e·ther / ēTH r/ — a very rarefied substance; the upper regions of air beyond the clouds.” It is a single-serve format, sitting alongside the other single-card items in our male enhancement pill range rather than a multi-capsule bottle.
What is inside
Ether is a botanical formula built mostly from herbs used in traditional Chinese preparations, with one enzyme and one vitamin alongside them. The panel names its ingredients but gives no individual amounts, and marks the Daily Value as not established. Here is what the named ingredients actually are.
- Go Ji Extract — goji, or wolfberry, is the small red-orange fruit of Lycium barbarum, a shrub cultivated across northern China. It is eaten dried as a food and appears widely in botanical supplement formulas.
- Atractylodes — a rhizome from a group of Asian daisy-family plants, long used in traditional decoctions and now common in herbal blends.
- Cinnamon Bark — the inner bark of the cinnamon tree, the same warming spice used in cooking, included here in its whole-bark form rather than as an oil.
- Cornus — the fruit of the Asiatic dogwood, a tart red berry that is dried before use.
- Cuscuta — dodder seed, harvested from a climbing parasitic vine, and a long-standing component of traditional tonic formulas.
- Dang Gui — the root of Angelica sinensis, a tall umbellifer grown in the cooler highlands of China, Japan and Korea.
- Licorice — the root of Glycyrrhiza glabra, familiar as a confectionery flavour and one of the most frequently used herbs in traditional formulas. The NCCIH page on licorice root gives general background, including notes on who should be cautious with it.
- Rubus — the genus that covers raspberries and blackberries; the dried fruit is used in botanical preparations.
- Panax Ginseng — Asian ginseng, the slow-growing root that gives the plant its forked, human-like shape and its name. It is among the most studied botanicals in the world; the NCCIH fact sheet on Asian ginseng summarises what is and is not known about it.
- Pueraria Lobata — kudzu, a fast-growing vine whose starchy root has been used in East Asian cooking and herbal preparations for centuries.
- Superoxide Dismutase — an enzyme found naturally in living cells, included here as an ingredient in its own right rather than as a plant extract.
- Vitamin B-12 — the only vitamin named on the panel. It occurs naturally in meat, fish, eggs and dairy, and the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet on vitamin B12 covers what it does in the body and who tends to run short of it.
If you want a general grounding in how botanical supplements are made and regulated before buying any of them, the ODS overview of botanical dietary supplements is a plain-English place to start. Neither it nor the pages above refer to this product.

Ingredients named on the panel include: Go Ji Extract, Atractylodes, Cinnamon Bark, Cornus, Cuscuta, Dang Gui, Licorice, Rubus, Panax Ginseng, Pueraria Lobata, Superoxide Dismutase, Proprietary Blend, Vitamin B-12.
The panel is a name-only ingredient list. It does not break the blend down into individual weights, and we have not estimated any, because inventing figures for a proprietary blend would be guesswork dressed up as data.
How to use it
The directions printed on the card are brief: take one capsule before activity. No advance timing in minutes is printed anywhere on the packaging, so we are not going to supply one. The card adds that for best results it should be taken one hour apart from other supplements, and the caution block states plainly: do not take more than one capsule every 60 hours. That is a limit on how often a capsule may be taken, and nothing else.
Also from the caution block: store in a cool, dry place; consult a physician if you have health issues or notice undesirable effects; and taking it alongside any other medication is not recommended and should be avoided.
Who it is for
This is an adult product, 18 and over, positioned within our supplements for men category. The single-card format suits someone trying a brand for the first time and unwilling to commit to a multi-capsule pack, or someone who wants one sealed capsule that travels flat in a wallet or bag. If you already know you get on with a formula, a multi-capsule pack is usually better value per serving; if you do not, one card is the cheapest way to find out.
It is not for anyone under 18, and not for women. Anyone taking prescription medication, particularly nitrates, or living with a heart condition, high blood pressure or diabetes should speak to a doctor before using it, in line with the caution printed on the card.
Good to know
- Made in USA is printed on the back of the card, next to a US flag.
- The blend is botanical. Anyone with a plant or pollen allergy should read the ingredient list above carefully, and no allergen statement is printed on the card.
- No Proposition 65 warning appears on this packaging.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Shipping and returns are covered by our standard return policy. Product photographs are illustrative. Packaging, lot codes and printed dates vary between shipments.
Frequently asked questions
How many capsules come on the card?
One. Ether Advanced Energy Release is supplied as a single capsule sealed in one bubble on one blister card, and the panel confirms that one capsule equals one serving.
How often does the label say a capsule can be taken?
The caution block on the back of the card says not to take more than one capsule every 60 hours. That is the manufacturer's stated limit and it should be read as a ceiling, not a target.
Does the label say how far in advance to take it?
No. The card says to take one capsule before activity, without giving a number of minutes, and separately advises spacing it one hour apart from other supplements.
Are the milligram amounts of each ingredient listed?
No. The panel names the ingredients and marks the Daily Value as not established, but prints no individual weights and no blend total. There are no milligram figures on the card at all.
Where is it made, and what is the capsule like?
The back of the card states Made in USA. The capsule itself is a two-piece clear shell filled with an off-white powder, visible through the blister bubble on the front of the card.
