What this is
Men Potentia Advance Pro Male Enhancement Bites is a blueberry-flavoured chewable herbal supplement for adult men, supplied in a sealed blue foil sachet with a printed net weight of 8 grams. Each gummy carries a 150 mg proprietary herbal blend of twelve botanicals and amino acids. The gummy is set with pectin rather than gelatin, and the pack carries a HALAL mark, a cruelty-free mark and the line "Made and Packed in USA".
The sachet has a hang-tab at the top and is printed on both faces. The front gives the brand, the Advance Pro sub-name and the blueberry flavour; the back carries the full ingredient line, the suggested use, a QR code marked MENPOTENTIA and the barcode 4861623171715. It is a sachet format rather than a bottle or a blister card.
It sits at the chewable end of our supplements for men shelf: nothing to swallow dry, no water needed, and a fruit flavour instead of a capsule shell.
What is in the blend
The back of the sachet lists a 150 mg proprietary blend per gummy. The manufacturer does not break that 150 mg down into per-ingredient amounts, so what follows is a walk through the twelve names as they are printed, not a set of doses.
- Ashwagandha — the root of Withania somnifera, a small shrub long used in Ayurvedic preparations in India. The NCCIH page on ashwagandha gives general background on the plant.
- Horny Goat Weed — the common English name for Epimedium, a low-growing woodland plant of China, Japan and Korea, used there as a dried herb for centuries.
- Maca Root — a hardy root vegetable in the brassica family, farmed on the high plateaus of the Peruvian Andes at altitudes where little else grows. It is eaten as a food crop locally and dried into powder for supplements.
- Tongkat Ali — Eurycoma longifolia, a slender tree native to Malaysia and Indonesia; the root is the part traditionally decocted.
- L-Citrulline, L-Arginine and L-Histadine — three amino acids, printed here with the spellings the manufacturer used. Amino acids of this family occur in ordinary foods: citrulline takes its name from watermelon, Citrullus, from which it was first isolated.
- Cordyceps — a genus of fungus that grows on insect larvae in the mountains of Tibet and Nepal. Much of the cordyceps used in supplements today is cultivated on a grain substrate rather than collected wild.
- Fenugreek — a small legume whose seeds are a staple of Indian and North African cooking, with a distinctive maple-ish aroma.
- Tribulus — Tribulus terrestris, a sprawling roadside plant found across warm climates, known in English as puncture vine after its hard spiked seed cases.
- Beet root — the ordinary garden beet, included here in dried form.
- Goji Berry — the fruit of Lycium barbarum, a red berry dried and sold by the bag across northern China.
The NCCIH keeps a plain-language reference to individual plants in its Herbs at a Glance index if you want to read about any of these on their own terms.
Outside the blend, the gummy itself is built from corn syrup, cane sugar, water, pectin, natural flavour and natural colour, with sodium citrate and citric acid, coconut oil and carnauba wax. Pectin is the setting agent — the same fruit-derived gel used in jam — which is why this is a gelatin-free chew. The coconut oil and carnauba wax are the usual non-stick coating.

Other ingredients: corn syrup, cane sugar, water, pectin, natural flavour, natural colour, sodium citrate, citric acid, coconut oil, carnauba wax.
Ingredient names above use the manufacturer's own spellings. The NIH runs a free Dietary Supplement Label Database of scanned labels if you want to compare how other makers word a panel.
How to use it
The suggested use printed on the back of the sachet reads, in full: "For adults, chew one gummies as needed. Gummy should be chewed before swallowing." The front of the pack repeats the same instruction as "1 Gummy as needed". The pack asks for it to be chewed, not swallowed whole.
No advance timing and no daily maximum are printed anywhere on this pack. How a chew like this fits alongside anything else you take is a conversation for a pharmacist or your own doctor, not something to work out from a label. No storage instruction is printed either; a sealed foil sachet is best kept somewhere cool and out of direct sun, as you would any confectionery.
Who it is for
This is an adults-only product, 18 and over, marketed to men. It suits somebody who would rather chew something fruit-flavoured than swallow a capsule, and the single-sachet format is an easy way to look at the brand without committing to a tub. It sits alongside the rest of our male supplements range, most of which are capsules rather than chews.
Some people should give it a miss. It is built on corn syrup and cane sugar, so anyone watching their sugar intake, for medical reasons or otherwise, should factor that in. It is not suitable for children. And because a proprietary blend does not disclose how much of each botanical it contains, anyone who needs to know exactly how much of a given herb they are taking, because of a medication or an allergy, will not find that answer on this label.
Good to know
The pack carries a HALAL mark, a cruelty-free mark and a gelatin-free mark, and the ingredient line supports the last of those: the gel is pectin, and no gelatin is listed. Two separate Made in USA badges appear on the front, and the back adds "Made and Packed in USA".
Herbal supplements are not reviewed by the FDA before they go on sale, and a proprietary blend does not let you check individual strengths. The NIH's overview, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know, is a sensible ten minutes for anyone buying in this category for the first time. Keep this and every supplement out of reach of children, and do not use it as a substitute for advice from a qualified clinician.
Frequently asked questions
Does this gummy contain gelatin?
No. The Men Potentia Advance Pro blueberry gummy is set with pectin, a gelling agent taken from fruit, and gelatin does not appear on the ingredient line. The pack is marked GELATIN FREE and HALAL.
How much herbal blend is in one gummy?
Each gummy carries 150 mg of a proprietary blend containing twelve named items: ashwagandha, horny goat weed, maca root, tongkat ali, L-citrulline, L-histadine, L-arginine, cordyceps, fenugreek, tribulus, beet root and goji berry. The manufacturer publishes the 150 mg total only, and no figure for each one.
What flavour is it?
Blueberry. The flavour and the colour are both listed as natural on the pack, and the base is a corn-syrup and cane-sugar chew.
Where is it made?
The United States. The sachet prints "Made and Packed in USA" on the back alongside two Made in USA badges on the front, and names Men Potentia as the brand behind it.
Can I take this with prescription medication?
Ask a licensed healthcare professional first. That applies to any herbal supplement, and doubly here: the blend is proprietary and the amount of each botanical is not disclosed. If you take nitrates or have a heart condition, do not use this product without medical advice.
