What's inside
The largest single entry on the panel is L-citrulline malate (2:1) at 1,125 mg per three-capsule serving. Citrulline is a non-essential amino acid — the body makes its own — named after Citrullus, the watermelon genus. Malate is the salt of malic acid, the compound behind the sharpness of a green apple. The "2:1" describes the proportion of the two in the raw material: two parts citrulline to one part malate. Citrulline is a common entry in our amino acid supplements section.
Next by weight is fenugreek extract (seed) at 600 mg, carrying two trademarks: Testofen® and Fenuside™, both owned by the ingredient supplier Gencor. Fenugreek is Trigonella foenum-graecum, a small annual legume grown around the Mediterranean and across South Asia. Its seeds are an everyday kitchen spice — the dominant note in many curry powders and in Ethiopian and Yemeni cooking — with an aroma often compared to maple syrup. The panel's "50% Fenuside™" is a standardization statement: the extract is made to a set specification for the constituent Gencor identifies as Fenuside™, rather than being a plain ground seed powder whose composition varies batch to batch.
The elevATP® Blend contributes 150 mg and is printed on the panel as two components — ancient peat extract, described in brackets as supplying trace minerals, and apple fruit extract. Peat is plant material that has broken down only partially because it sat in waterlogged, oxygen-poor ground, and the minerals in any given deposit come from the surrounding geology. elevATP® is a trademark of VDF Futureceuticals, Inc., used under license.
Eurycoma longifolia extract (root) is listed at 100 mg. This is a flowering shrub native to the rainforests of Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, better known by its Malay name tongkat ali and sometimes sold as longjack. The root is the part harvested, and it has a long history in traditional Southeast Asian preparations. Boron, as boron glycinate, rounds out the unrated group at 10 mg. Boron is a trace element that plants draw up from soil, which is why the everyday dietary sources are fruit, nuts, legumes and leafy vegetables. "Glycinate" means it is paired with the amino acid glycine rather than supplied as a plain mineral salt.
The three rated micronutrients are smaller but precisely quantified. Vitamin B6 appears as pyridoxine hydrochloride at 2 mg, which the panel puts at 118% of the Daily Value; the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements vitamin B6 fact sheet sets out where the nutrient occurs in food. Vitamin B12 is supplied as methylcobalamin at 2.4 mcg, exactly 100% of the Daily Value, and has its own NIH fact sheet. Zinc, as zinc chelate, is the smallest entry at 1 mg — 9% of the Daily Value, a modest contribution rather than a full daily allowance, which is worth knowing if you already take a multivitamin; the NIH zinc fact sheet gives the background. Outside the active list, the panel prints four other ingredients: gelatin, rice flour, magnesium stearate and silica. Gelatin is the capsule shell itself and is animal-derived, so these capsules are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans. Rice flour fills out the volume inside a capsule, and magnesium stearate and silica are the two most common flow agents in capsule manufacturing — they stop the powder blend clumping as it is dosed at speed.

How to use it
The label directs: "Adult Men: Take three (3) capsules daily, with or without food." That is the whole of the printed instruction — the bottle sets out no timing window and no cycling schedule. The precautions panel adds one practical note: take the product with food if you experience stomach upset or lightheadedness.
For storage, the side panel asks that you keep the product at room temperature and humidity, specified as 59–86°F (15–30°C) and 40% relative humidity. It also says not to use the product if the safety seal is missing.

This is a supplement for adult men aged 18 and over, and the bottle says so twice — once in the directions line, once at the head of the precautions panel. It will not suit everyone. The gelatin capsule shell rules it out for vegetarians and vegans, anyone taking prescription medication should read the interaction note below first, and anyone who prefers single-ingredient products will find this is a combination formula rather than a straight herbal extract.
