What it is

The sleeve

At the open end sits a soft, frosted silicone sleeve, a short collar that fits over the rim of the tube. How to use it

The power button switches the unit on, the three-speed function steps between its speed settings, and the release button, as its name says, lets the vacuum go. Make the release button the first control you reach for whenever you want to stop.

Clean the clear tube and the removable sleeve after every session, as the supplied instructions describe, and keep the button head out of running water unless those instructions say it can take it. Let everything dry fully before storing it.

Start on the lowest speed, keep early sessions short while you learn how the unit behaves, and stop straight away if anything feels painful or numb. Any session guidance supplied by the maker takes priority over anything written here.
