- Bamboo Shoot Extract — taken from the young shoots of bamboo, which are eaten as a vegetable across much of East and Southeast Asia and are the crunchy element in a lot of stir-fries.
- Creatine — a compound the body assembles from amino acids and also takes in from meat and fish, stored mainly in skeletal muscle.
