What it is
5K Titanium is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, supplied as one blue capsule sealed on a single blister card. The card front carries the 5K Titanium brand mark and the line “Laboratory Manufactured in the U.S.A.”; the reverse carries the ingredient panel, the directions and the caution text. The panel gives a serving size of 5000 mg and states that one capsule equals one serving.
The formula is a single proprietary herbal blend built almost entirely from plants used in traditional Chinese herbal practice — goji, ginseng, licorice, cordyceps, kudzu and dogwood fruit among them — together with an enzyme, superoxide dismutase. The card names Titanium 5K as the distributor and is printed “Made in the USA”.
What’s inside
The panel lists one proprietary blend of sixteen entries and gives no individual amount for any of them, so what follows is a walk through the names as the manufacturer printed them, in the printed order and the printed spelling.
- Goji Extract — the small red fruit of Lycium barbarum, a shrub in the nightshade family. Dried goji berries are an ordinary food across northern China and Mongolia and turn up in teas, soups and porridge as often as in capsules.
- Deng Sen Extract — the card’s rendering of dang shen, the root of a bellflower-family plant. It is a kitchen-and-apothecary root in China, usually simmered in broth rather than extracted.
- Atractylodes — the rhizome of Atractylodes macrocephala, a daisy-family perennial and one of the most common roots in classical Chinese herbal cooking.
- Cinnamon Bark — the inner bark of Cinnamomum trees, dried into the curled quills sold as the everyday kitchen spice.
- Dismutase and Superoxide Dismutase — both appear as separate entries on the panel. Superoxide dismutase is an enzyme present in nearly every living cell, plant and animal alike, and is the only non-botanical entry in the blend.
- Cornus — the fruit of the Asiatic dogwood, Cornus officinalis, a tart red berry harvested in autumn and usually dried before use.
- Cuscuta — the seed of dodder, a leafless parasitic vine that grows in tangled orange threads over its host plant.
- Dang Gui — the root of Angelica sinensis, a celery-family plant grown at altitude in Gansu and Yunnan.
- Licorice — the root of Glycyrrhiza glabra, the same plant behind the confectionery flavour. The NCCIH page on licorice root gives general background, including notes on who should be cautious with it.
- Condonopsis — printed exactly that way on the card. The genus is normally spelled Codonopsis, and it is the same bellflower-family root that the name “deng sen” usually refers to.
- Cordyceps Synensis — again the card’s own spelling. Cordyceps is a fungus that grows on insect larvae at high altitude on the Tibetan plateau; almost all commercial supply is now cultivated on grain rather than wild-collected.
- Rubus — the bramble genus, which includes raspberries and blackberries. Chinese formulas typically use the unripe fruit of Rubus chingii.
- Panax Ginseng — Asian ginseng root, one of the most widely studied botanicals in the world. The NCCIH fact sheet on Asian ginseng covers what is and is not known about it.
- Pueraria Lobata — kudzu root, a fast-growing vine native to East Asia and famously naturalised across the American South.
- Proprietary Formula — listed by the manufacturer as the final entry in the blend, with no further detail given.
For general background on how botanical supplements are made and labelled, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements publishes an overview of botanical dietary supplements, and NCCIH maintains an index of individual herbs at a glance. Neither source is connected with this product or with this store.

Proprietary blend, as printed: Goji Extract, Deng Sen Extract, Atractylodes, Cinnamon Bark, Dismutase, Cornus, Cuscuta, Dang Gui, Licorice, Condonopsis, Cordyceps Synensis, Rubus, Panax Ginseng, Pueraria Lobata, Superoxide Dismutase, Proprietary Formula. The card gives no amount for any individual entry and prints no separate “Other Ingredients” line.
How to use it
The card directs you to take one capsule one hour before sexual activity, and to leave one hour between this capsule and any other supplement or medication. It also states that no more than one capsule should be taken in any 60-hour period. Store the card in a cool, dry place.
Those are the manufacturer’s printed directions in full. There is nothing on the card about taking it with or without food, and no onset time is given beyond the one-hour figure above.
Who it’s for
This is a single-capsule herbal product for adults 18 and over, and it sits on the same shelf as the rest of our supplements for men. A one-capsule card suits someone trying the brand for the first time, or keeping one on hand rather than committing to a bottle. If you already know how you respond to herbal blends of this kind, our wider range of male enhancement pills and sex capsules covers higher capsule counts and other formulas.
It is not for anyone under 18, not for women, and not the right choice for anyone who would rather avoid an undisclosed herbal blend — the panel names its ingredients but not their amounts, and that is worth knowing before you buy.
Good to know
The card carries its own caution block: consult a physician if you have heart problems, stop using immediately if undesirable effects occur, and keep the product away from children. Licorice and ginseng are both botanicals with documented interactions with prescription medicines, so a conversation with a pharmacist or doctor is sensible if you take anything regularly — blood pressure medication and nitrates especially.
No allergen statement, no Proposition 65 warning and no gluten, vegan or other dietary certification appears anywhere on this packaging, so we make no claim about any of them. What the card does print is “Made in the USA”, and Titanium 5K as the distributor.
Frequently asked questions
How many capsules do I get?
One. This listing is a single blue 5K Titanium capsule sealed on one blister card.
Does the panel say how much of each herb is in the capsule?
No. The 5K Titanium panel lists sixteen entries as one proprietary blend and gives no individual amount for any of them. The only quantity printed anywhere on the card is the 5000 mg serving size, and one capsule equals one serving.
When should the capsule be taken?
The card says one hour before sexual activity, and one hour apart from any other supplement or medication. It also sets a limit of one capsule in any 60-hour period.
Where is it made?
The card prints “Made in the USA” and “Laboratory Manufactured in the U.S.A.”, and names Titanium 5K as the distributor. No manufacturing address, phone number or contact is printed on the packaging.
Can I take it alongside my prescription?
That is a question for a licensed healthcare professional, not for us. The card itself asks you to consult a physician if you have heart problems and to leave an hour between this capsule and other medication. Bring the ingredient list to that conversation — a herbal blend with sixteen named entries is worth reviewing properly, particularly alongside heart or blood pressure medicine.
How is it shipped?
Orders ship in plain outer packaging with nothing on it identifying the contents or the Gear Isle name. Orders normally leave us the next business day, and faster paid services are available at checkout. If it turns out not to be right for you, see our return policy.

- Better than I expected, gave me a bit more confidence.
-
I wasn’t really expecting much, but I figured I’d try it anyway. Took one about an hour before and I did notice a difference. Nothing crazy, but I felt more confident. Everyone’s different of course, but for me it worked. I’d probably use it again. (Posted on 6/26/2026)Overall Value Quality Shipping Likelihood to reorder - Feeling like my younger self again!

5K Titanium Blue Pill works very well, but it’s quite strong! I felt a surge of energy and increased stamina, but it was almost too intense the first time. No side effects at all, just an amazing experience! This is now my go-to enhancement product. (Posted on 9/23/2024)Overall Value Quality Shipping Likelihood to reorder - Strong, but Balanced

The 5K Titanium Blue Pill worked, but the effects were more subtle than I expected. I did feel an increase in energy and stamina, but it wasn’t as strong as I had hoped. It’s a solid product, though, and it might work better for others. I’ll give it another try to see if the effects build up with more use."
