Bathmate Hydroxtreme7 Wide Boy Ultimate Penis Hydropump Water Based

What it is

The Bathmate HydroXtreme7 Wide Boy is a manual, water-filled vacuum pump for adults, sold as a complete kit: a clear moulded cylinder on a grey concertina base, a red hose running from the cylinder's crown, and a separate grey hand bulb on the end of that hose. It has no motor, no battery and no charging port. The carton front carries the bathmate wordmark with the line "Just Add Water", and below the artwork the model name begins HYDROXT… with WIDE… beneath it, the rest hidden behind the pump in the photograph.

HydroXtreme is the Bathmate line operated by a hand bulb on a hose, and Bathmate sells it in several numbered models, of which the Wide Boy is one. If you are comparing it with other styles, our penis pumps category lists air-operated, motorised and water-filled designs side by side.

What comes in the kit

The kit layout photograph shows the following items laid out together. Each one is described from that image rather than from a sales sheet:

• The pump itself — clear cylinder, grey threaded collar, grey three-fold concertina base, red hose and grey hand bulb.
• The carton — black, with the bathmate wordmark in blue and white and a splash-of-water photograph of the pump.
• A zip-up hard case — black, rectangular, with a white zip running around the lid and a black carry loop at one end.
• A towel — pale grey, folded over the case, with the bathmate wordmark printed along one edge.
• A small dark bottle — slim, with a silver cap and the word "clean" printed in green on the label.
• A combination padlock — silver, with three number dials.
• A black strap — printed with the bathmate wordmark, with a section marked in a numbered scale.
• A long black rod — thin and straight, lying in front of the case.
• A grey ridged block — a rectangular piece with deep grooves across its top face.

The rod and the grey block carry no printing we can read, so we describe them by appearance only and do not name what they are for. The bottle's full label is also not legible in the photograph beyond the word "clean", so we do not publish its contents.

Product Specifications

How the hand bulb changes things

The HydroXtreme design moves pressure control off the cylinder and into your hand. The red hose connects the crown of the cylinder to the grey bulb, so the bulb is the control and the cylinder itself does not have to be moved to adjust anything.

A few details of that layout are visible in the photographs:

• The bulb is a separate part on a flexible hose, not a grip moulded into the cylinder, so it can be held away from the body.
• The hose fitting sits at the very top of the cylinder, on a small clear cap above the frosted shoulder.
• The bulb has a chevron mark near its neck and a clear fitting at the opposite end.
• The concertina base is a separate grey section below a threaded collar.

We deliberately do not turn those observations into a step-by-step routine. No directions, session times, pressure limits or intervals are printed on any surface in these photographs, and on a suction device a routine is a safety instruction, not decoration. Use the directions Bathmate provides for this model, and if you cannot find them, contact us before first use.

Care and storage

The kit is built around keeping the pump clean and stored away. The hard case gives the cylinder, bulb and hose one place to live, and the towel and the bottle marked "clean" are the care items Bathmate chose to include.

General good practice for any water-filled device applies: rinse it after each use, let every part dry fully before it goes back in the case, keep the hose free of kinks, and check the bulb and base for splits before each use. Store it away from direct sun and heat. Because the bottle's label is not legible to us, read it yourself before using it on the pump.

Who it's for

This kit is for adults 18 and over who already know they want a water-filled pump and prefer controlling it with a hand bulb rather than by moving the cylinder. It suits someone who values a complete storage-and-care setup in one purchase: the hard case, padlock and towel mean nothing extra has to be bought to keep it tidy and private at home.

Choosing the right model in this line matters, because the numbered HydroXtreme models are not interchangeable. We do not publish a fit range for this listing because none is printed on the surfaces we could photograph. If you are unsure which model to buy, ask us before ordering. You can also browse the wider men's adult products range if a pump is not quite what you are after.

Good to know

• This is an adult novelty device for adults 18 and over.
• If you have a circulatory, bleeding or skin condition, or take blood-thinning medication, speak to a licensed healthcare professional before using any vacuum device.
• Stop immediately if you feel pain, numbness or discomfort.
• Keep the kit, and especially the small bottle, out of reach of children.

Pump products attract a lot of exaggerated marketing. If you are comparing sellers, the FDA's page on health fraud scams explains the warning signs to look for in product promises, and the FTC's health products compliance guidance sets out what sellers are expected to be able to back up. Neither page refers to this product; they are general background on how to read claims.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Bathmate HydroXtreme7 Wide Boy need batteries or charging?

No, it needs neither. The pump is entirely manual: pressure is controlled by squeezing the grey hand bulb on the red hose, and there is no motor, battery compartment or charging port on any part of the kit.

What is included in the HydroXtreme7 Wide Boy kit?

The kit includes the pump with its hose and hand bulb, a black zip-up hard case, a grey Bathmate towel, a small bottle labelled "clean", a three-dial combination padlock, a black Bathmate strap with a numbered scale, a long black rod and a grey ridged block. That list comes from the kit photograph, item by item.

Which body sizes does the Wide Boy fit?

We do not publish a fit range for this listing. No dimension or fit figure is printed on the carton face, cylinder or kit items that we could photograph, and we would rather tell you that than repeat an unverified number. Contact us before ordering and we will help you choose between models.

How is this order packaged and shipped?

Your order ships in plain outer packaging with no product images, brand marks or description of the contents on the outside. It will not show the Gear Isle name.

How should I clean and store the pump?

Rinse every part after use, dry it completely, and store it in the supplied hard case. The kit also includes a towel and a bottle labelled "clean"; read that bottle's own label before use, because its full text is not legible in our photographs.
