What it is
The Monkey Couple Package is a two-card set of herbal dietary supplement tablets for adults: one green blister card holding a single green tablet, and one pink blister card holding a single pink tablet. Each card carries its own Supplement Facts panel, its own barcode and its own ingredient list, so the two tablets are not the same formula in two colours — they are two separate blends sold together.
Both cards are printed with the same artwork: a painted chimpanzee in headphones, splashed across a full-bleed background in green on the men's card and pink on the women's. The tablet sits behind a clear blister in the lower half of the card, visible before you open it. Both panels state Made in USA and both carry the Kangaroo wordmark and kangaroo device at the foot of the card.

What's on the green card
The green card's panel lists a serving size of one tablet and a proprietary blend figure of 1000, printed without a unit of measure. Beneath that it names twelve entries, and they read as a fairly classical Chinese herbal line-up rather than the amino-acid stack you often see on this shelf.
- Deng Sen extract — more commonly transliterated dang shen, the dried root of Codonopsis pilosula. It is a kitchen-and-tonic staple in southern China, often simmered into soups rather than taken as a capsule.
- Atractylodes — a rhizome from the daisy family, dried and sliced, and one of the most-used roots in traditional Chinese formulas.
- Cinnamon bark — the dried inner bark of Cinnamomum trees. The same material as the baking spice, used here as a botanical rather than a flavouring.
- Cuscuta — dodder, a leafless parasitic vine. Its tiny seeds are the part traditionally used.
- Dang gui — the root of Angelica sinensis, a large aromatic member of the carrot family and one of the best-known botanicals in Chinese herbal practice.
- Panax ginseng — the slow-growing root that gives the genus its name. The NCCIH page on Asian ginseng gives general background on the plant and how it has been studied.
- Rubus — the bramble genus, which covers raspberries and blackberries. The panel names the genus only and does not specify a species or a plant part.
- Pueraria lobata — kudzu, the fast-climbing vine whose starchy root has a long history in East Asian cooking and herbalism.
- B12 — vitamin B12, an essential water-soluble vitamin found naturally in animal foods and added to many fortified products. The panel names it without an amount or a % Daily Value; the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet on vitamin B12 covers what it is and what intakes are recommended.
- Dismutase and superoxide dismutase — both appear as separate entries on the panel. Superoxide dismutase is an enzyme present in human cells and in many plants and yeasts.
- Proprietary blend — the panel repeats this as a line item within the ingredient list itself.
What's on the pink card
The pink card's panel also lists a serving size of one tablet and a proprietary blend figure of 1000, again with no unit printed. Its eleven entries are a different family of ingredients altogether — Ayurvedic and Andean botanicals alongside four free amino acids and related compounds.
- Ashwagandha root — Withania somnifera, a shrub in the nightshade family grown across India and the Middle East and used for centuries in Ayurvedic preparations. The NCCIH page on ashwagandha summarises the plant and the current state of research on it.
- Tribulus terrestris — puncture vine, a low creeping plant with famously spiky seed cases, common in supplement formulas worldwide.
- Horny goat weed extract — the printed name for Epimedium, a shade-loving woodland perennial with heart-shaped leaves that is also grown as a garden ground cover.
- Maca root — Lepidium meyenii, a hardy brassica root crop farmed on the high plateaus of the Peruvian Andes, where it is dried and milled into flour as an everyday food.
- Panax ginseng — the one botanical shared with the green card.
- BioPerine complex — a branded black pepper extract standardised for piperine, the compound that makes pepper taste hot.
- Soy isoflavone complex — a group of plant compounds concentrated in soybeans.
- L-tyrosin — printed on the panel in that spelling. L-tyrosine is an amino acid the body builds from phenylalanine and obtains from ordinary protein foods.
- L-histidine — an essential amino acid, meaning it has to come from the diet.
- Choline — a nutrient found in eggs, liver and soybeans.
- Dimethylglycine — DMG, a derivative of the amino acid glycine.
Neither panel breaks the blend down into per-ingredient amounts. Both simply give one blend figure and then list what the blend contains, which is standard proprietary-blend labelling. How to use it
Both cards print the same direction: take one tablet 30 minutes before sexual activity. Neither panel gives a with-food or without-food instruction, and neither states a storage temperature.
The frequency limit differs between the two cards, and only the green card prints one. The green card's caution reads: do not take more than one tablet every 48 hours. The pink card prints no dosing interval at all — its caution covers medical conditions and medications instead. Follow the card in your hand rather than applying one card's interval to the other tablet.
The tablets are not interchangeable. The green tablet is the men's formula and the pink tablet is the women's, and as the two panels above set out, they share only one ingredient between them.
Who it's for
This is a two-tablet set for adults 18 and over who want to try both formulas at once rather than buying a single card. Because each card holds exactly one tablet, it suits sampling a brand you have not used before more than it suits keeping a supply in the cupboard.
It is not suitable for anyone under 18, anyone who is pregnant or nursing, or anyone whose situation is covered by the cautions below.
