I found this product to be very unsatisfying...The first day I took it, my sinuses were stuffed up within an hour. Had a horrid headache all next day and a stomache ache with some heartburn. the worst part was, I wasn't able to orgasm or get as lubricated as normal , I was trying to heighten a great time we usually have , took the second day...side effects were worse the next day...and for something to take almost 2 hours before...forget it...will never buy again. sorry..
