What it is
Titanium 5K is a men's herbal dietary supplement supplied as a single capsule, sealed in a clear blister and mounted on a printed card. The artwork is hard to mistake: a black-and-white polka-dot field, the word TITANIUM set above an oversized 5K, and the circular T5K roundel in the top corner. The capsule sits in a window near the lower edge of the card, so you can see exactly what you are getting before anything is opened.
The capsule itself is two-tone. One half is opaque gold; the other half is clear, and the pink-tinted contents show through the shell. Goji Extract. Goji berries are the small orange-red fruit of Lycium barbarum, a thorny shrub cultivated on a large scale in northern China. They are usually sold dried, eaten much like a raisin, and simmered into soups and teas.
Deng Sen Extract. The card gives this ingredient under that spelling and offers no botanical name alongside it. We list it exactly as the manufacturer printed it; where packaging stops short of naming a plant, we stop there too rather than fill in the gap.
Cinnamon Bark Ginseng. The panel prints this as one entry. Cinnamon bark is the dried inner bark of Cinnamomum trees, the same material behind the kitchen spice. Ginseng is a fleshy, slow-growing root with a long history in East Asian herbal traditions and one of the most frequently encountered botanicals in men's supplement formulas.
L-Arginine. An amino acid the body makes for itself and also takes in from ordinary food. Turkey, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, lentils, chickpeas and dairy are all everyday sources of it.

Ginger. The knobby underground rhizome of Zingiber officinale — the same root sold fresh in the produce aisle and dried as a baking spice.
Epimedium. A low, leafy perennial that is also grown in gardens as an ornamental groundcover, where it goes under the names barrenwort and bishop's hat. The leaf is the part used in supplement blends.
