Tribulus (Tribulus terrestris) fruit powder, 50 mg. Tribulus is a low, sprawling plant of warm dry regions, better known across much of the United States as the roadside weed puncturevine after its hard spined fruit. It is the fruit that is powdered here, and it is one of the most frequently used botanicals in men's supplement formulas.

Cinnamon (Cinnamomum cassia) bark powder, 30 mg. The panel is specific about the species: this is cassia, the darker and heavier-flavored of the two barks sold as cinnamon in North America. At 30 mg it is a culinary-scale amount rather than the gram quantities used in cinnamon-only supplements.

Ginkgo biloba (leaf) powder, 30 mg. Ginkgo is the fan-shaped leaf of a tree that has survived essentially unchanged for something like two hundred million years and is now planted along city streets worldwide for its tolerance of pollution. Proprietary blend, 750 mg. The remaining 750 mg appears on the panel under that heading and nothing else. The card does not name the components of the blend or divide the weight between them, so neither do we — spreading invented amounts across an undisclosed blend would be guesswork. If the exact composition matters to you, ask the distributor before ordering.

Other ingredients. Beyond the actives the capsule contains gelatin, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, FD&C Blue #1 and titanium dioxide. Two of those are worth flagging plainly: the gelatin shell means this is not a vegetarian or vegan product, and FD&C Blue #1 is a synthetic colorant, which matters if you avoid artificial colors.
