Kangaroo Green Be The Man is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, supplied as one green tablet sealed in a clear blister on a single green hang-tab card. - L-Lysine — an essential amino acid, meaning the body cannot make it and takes it from food. It occurs in meat, fish, eggs and legumes.

- Chinese Aweto — a common name for Cordyceps sinensis, a fungus that grows on caterpillar larvae at high altitude in the Himalaya and on the Tibetan plateau, and a traditional Chinese tonic ingredient.

- Icariin — a flavonoid compound isolated from plants in the Epimedium genus.
One absence is worth knowing about before you buy: this card prints no "Other Ingredients" line at all. Tablets normally contain binders, fillers, coatings and colorings alongside the active blend, and on this pack none of them are declared. How to use it
The card's directions block reads, in full: "Take up to 1 tablet at least 30 minutes before engaging in sexual activity. DO NOT take more than 1 tablet within 2 days." Those two sentences are the entire printed instruction — the pack gives no water instruction and no timing beyond them. Storage is covered in one line on the same panel: store in a cool dry place.
