What this is
Kangaroo Blue Be The Man is a men's herbal dietary supplement supplied as one blue tablet, sealed in a clear blister on a printed blue hang card. The back of the card gives the serving size as 1 tablet and states "Serving Per Package: 1". The front carries the Kangaroo wordmark above the word BLUE, a white kangaroo silhouette, the phrase "BE THE MAN", and an 18+ mark in the upper corner.
The Supplement Facts panel on the reverse describes the contents as a single proprietary blend rather than a series of separately measured nutrients. That panel sits alongside the directions, the precautions, a barcode and the line "Distributed by Kangaroo". The only storage instruction printed on the card is to store it in a cool, dry place.
What's inside
The panel lists twelve entries inside one proprietary blend and gives a single figure for the blend as a whole. No per-ingredient amounts are printed, so how much of any individual item the tablet contains is not disclosed on the packaging. The names below are reproduced as they appear on the card, with a short note on what each one is and where it comes from.
- Chinese Herbal Aweto — "aweto" is a trade name used in Chinese and Tibetan herbal supply for cordyceps, a fungus that grows in high-altitude grassland. The card gives no botanical name for it.
- Tian Shan — the Tian Shan is a mountain range running through Central Asia and western China. It is printed as its own entry on the panel, immediately before the next one.
- Snow Lotus Flower — snow lotus is a cushion-forming alpine plant gathered at high altitude across that same region, and a long-standing item in regional herbal preparations.
- Icariin — a flavonoid compound associated with Epimedium, a low leafy plant grown across East Asia and used in Chinese herbal tradition.
- Ashwagandah Root — printed on the card with this spelling. The plant is Withania somnifera, a shrub whose root has been used in Ayurvedic practice in India for centuries. The NCCIH page on ashwagandha gives general background on the herb itself.
- Tribulus Terrestris — a low, spreading plant sometimes called puncture vine, common in warm climates and a frequent entry in men's herbal formulas.
- Maca Root — Lepidium meyenii, a root crop cultivated on the high plateaus of the Peruvian Andes, where it is eaten as a food as well as dried for supplement use.
- Panax Ginseng — Asian ginseng, the root of a slow-growing perennial native to Korea and north-eastern China. The NCCIH page on Asian ginseng covers the plant and its traditional uses.
- Bioperine Complex — a branded black pepper extract standardised for piperine, the compound that gives pepper its bite.
- L-Arginine — an amino acid found in ordinary foods such as nuts, seeds, fish and dairy.
- Choline — an essential nutrient that the body also makes in small amounts; eggs and liver are common dietary sources.
- Dimethyiglycine — printed on the card with this spelling. Dimethylglycine is a derivative of glycine, one of the simplest amino acids.
Because the card discloses one combined figure instead of twelve individual ones, this is what is generally called a proprietary blend. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements explains how botanical dietary supplements are put together and labelled, and the NIH Dietary Supplement Label Database is a useful place to compare how other products present the same panel.
Supplement Facts
| Field | Amount Per Serving | % Daily Value |
|---|---|---|
| Serving Size | 1 Tablet | — |
| Servings Per Package | 1 | — |
| Proprietary Blend | 3200 | † |
† % Daily Value not established. The blend figure is printed as 3200 with no unit of measure, and is transcribed here exactly as it appears.
Ingredients as listed: Chinese Herbal Aweto, Tian Shan, Snow Lotus Flower, Icariin, Ashwagandah Root, Tribulus Terrestris, Maca Root, Panax Ginseng, Bioperine Complex, L-Arginine, Choline, Dimethyiglycine.
How to use it
The directions on the card read: take up to 1 tablet at least 30 minutes before engaging in sexual activity, and do not take more than 1 tablet within 2 days. Two days is the minimum gap the card sets between tablets.
Because the card holds one tablet and one serving, there is nothing to portion out or measure. Store it in a cool, dry place, as printed on the packaging, and leave it sealed in the blister until you intend to use it. This is an occasional-use product rather than a daily supplement, and the card gives no instruction for taking it on any regular schedule.
Who it's for
Kangaroo Blue Be The Man is an adults-only product for men, marked 18+ on the front of the card and "FOR MEN" on the back. The single-tablet format suits someone who wants to try this formula once without committing to a larger pack, or who wants one on hand for a particular occasion. If you already know the range, you may want to compare it with the rest of the Kangaroo range or the wider supplements for men category.
It is not appropriate for women, for anyone under 18, or for anyone the precautions below exclude. Nothing on the packaging identifies the product as vegan, gluten-free, or free from any particular allergen, so no dietary status is claimed for it here.
Good to know
Do not take this product if you are taking any kind of medication or drug, especially anything containing nitrates, within the previous 12 hours — that is the first precaution printed on the card. The card also says not to use it if you have any type of medical condition, particularly a heart condition or high blood pressure, and to discontinue use immediately if you experience shortness of breath or heart irregularity.
Two further instructions appear on the back: you must be at least 18 years of age to use the product, and it must be kept out of reach of children. Herbal products can interact with prescription medicines, and a proprietary blend makes it harder to check any single ingredient against what you already take — so if you are on medication, the sensible step is to ask a pharmacist or doctor first. The NCCIH publishes general guidance on dietary and herbal supplements and the questions worth asking. No Proposition 65 warning is printed on this packaging.
Frequently asked questions
How many tablets come on the card?
One. The Kangaroo Blue Be The Man card holds a single blue tablet in one sealed blister, and the panel gives the serving size as 1 tablet with one serving per package.
How far in advance is it taken?
Kangaroo Blue Be The Man is taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, according to the directions on the card. The same directions set a minimum gap of two days before a further tablet.
Does the label say how much of each herb is in the tablet?
No. All twelve items are grouped into one proprietary blend with a single combined figure, so individual amounts are not disclosed anywhere on the packaging and cannot be stated here.
Is there anything on the packaging about storage?
Yes — the card says to store the product in a cool, dry place. Leaving the tablet sealed in its blister until use is the straightforward way to follow that.
Who should avoid it entirely?
Anyone under 18, women, and anyone who has taken medication of any kind — particularly nitrates — within the previous 12 hours. The card also excludes anyone with a heart condition or high blood pressure.

- Knock off

I’ve purchased these exact pills from an adult bookstore before and they worked great so I figured I’d order them here since the price was better. Totally not the same, not sure if I got knock offs but they did absolutely nothing. The ones I received were a dark blue and the ones I purchased locally were a lighter blue. Definitely think these are not genuine. Should have purchased one to try out instead of 6 when they do not work. Will not repurchase online anymore.
