Calcium and magnesium can both reduce the absorption of certain medications — including thyroid medicine, some antibiotics (such as tetracyclines and quinolones), bisphosphonates and iron — so take this product a few hours apart from them and check with your doctor. Very high calcium intake is not appropriate for everyone; talk to your physician before use if you have a history of kidney stones, high blood calcium or kidney disease, and if you take digoxin or thiazide diuretics.
