This product contains biotin, which may interfere with certain lab test results — tell your doctor you take it before bloodwork. Calcium and magnesium can reduce absorption of thyroid medicine, some antibiotics, bisphosphonates and iron, so separate dosing by a few hours. Talk to your physician before use if you have a history of kidney stones, high blood calcium or kidney disease, or take digoxin or thiazide diuretics, and note that larger magnesium doses may loosen stools.
