How is this different from plant Omega 3-6-9?
The plant version blends five seed oils (no fish). Super Omega 3-6-9 adds fish oil, so it also delivers the marine omega-3s EPA and DHA alongside plant ALA, GLA and omega-9 — a fuller spectrum including the marine omega-3s.*

Is the oil purified?
Yes. This oil is manufactured under strict quality-control standards and tested to be free of potentially harmful levels of contaminants such as PCBs, dioxins, mercury and other heavy metals.
