- Maca root, 150 mg. Maca is Lepidium meyenii, a root vegetable in the mustard family grown on the high Peruvian Andean plateau above 4,000 metres. In Peru it is a food crop first — dried, boiled and eaten — rather than a supplement ingredient.

- Eleutherococcus senticosus, 50 mg. A thorny shrub from north-eastern Asia, commonly called eleuthero or Siberian ginseng, though it is a different plant from Panax ginseng despite the shared common name.
The panel then lists a Power Up Proprietary Blend at 1600 mg containing pumpkin seed (herb powder), muira puama extract, oat straw extract, stinging nettle leaf extract, cayenne pepper, licorice root extract, catuaba bark powder, amino acid chelate, saw palmetto berry and Bioperine. A proprietary blend declares one combined weight rather than an amount for each botanical, so the panel does not say how the 1600 mg is divided, and neither will we. How to use it
The label directs you to take one capsule on an empty stomach 90 minutes before activity. That 90-minute figure is the manufacturer's own timing instruction and is printed in the usage block on the back panel.
The same panel carries a firm upper limit directly beneath it: do not exceed one capsule per 72 hours, which the label also writes out as three days. That is a dosing ceiling — a limit on how often a capsule may be taken, not a statement about how long anything works — and it is the single most important line on the card. The label's usage paragraph also mentions taking two capsules with a light snack and water, which sits awkwardly against the 72-hour limit printed immediately below it. Where a label contradicts itself, the conservative reading is the safe one, so one capsule per 72 hours is the ceiling to work to.
For storage, the card says to keep the product in a dry place and to avoid excess heat. Keep the capsules in the sealed blister until you intend to use one.
Who it's for
This is an adults-only product, and the card states "for adults 18+ only" on the back panel. It is a two-capsule format rather than a bottle, which makes it the size someone picks up to try a formula once or twice instead of keeping a supply on hand.
