Omega 3 (50 mg) is the fish-oil element referenced on the front of the card. Omega-3 fatty acids are the long-chain fats abundant in oily fish such as sardines, anchovies and mackerel. The panel does not break the 50 mg down into EPA and DHA, and no fish species is named.

It is a bitter rainforest root from Malaysia and Indonesia, traditionally boiled into a tonic.

Maca Root (150 mg) is a Peruvian tuber in the cabbage family, grown on high Andean plateau and dried before milling. L-Arginine (500 mg) is not a herb at all but a protein-building amino acid, present in nuts, seeds, fish and poultry. Finally, the Power Up Proprietary Blend (1,600 mg) names ten components without disclosing how those 1,600 mg divide between them: pumpkin seed herb powder, muira puama extract, oat straw extract, stinging nettle leaf extract, cayenne pepper, licorice root extract, catuaba bark powder, an amino acid chelate, saw palmetto berry and Bioperine, a branded black pepper extract. The printed direction is one capsule on an empty stomach, 90 minutes before sexual activity. The panel then offers an alternative for two capsules taken together with light food or a snack and water.
