What this is
3K Gold Solo Platinum is one herbal capsule sealed onto a single blister card, with a serving size printed as one capsule at 2800 mg. The card is branded 3K Platinum, and the back reads "Manufactured for Prime Health Inc., Seattle, WA" alongside a Made in USA mark. The capsule itself is yellow and sits visible under clear blister film on the front of the card.
The back of the card is the part worth reading. Rather than a single proprietary-blend line, the Supplement Facts panel names ten separate botanical extracts and prints a milligram figure against each. Everything below is transcribed from that panel and from the directions printed beside it. On this site the product is filed under male enhancement pills.
What’s inside
The panel lists ten botanicals in descending order of amount. There are no vitamins or minerals on it, and no % Daily Value figure appears against any line — the footnote under the list reads "Daily Value not Established."
- Asian Ginseng — 660 mg. The root of Panax ginseng, a slow-growing perennial cultivated in Korea and north-eastern China, where roots are commonly left in the ground several years before harvest. The NCCIH page on Asian ginseng gives general background on the plant.
- Walnut — 560 mg. The kernel of the walnut tree — the same tree nut sold in the baking aisle. It is the second-largest entry on this panel, so anyone who avoids tree nuts should read that line before anything else here.
- Cordyceps — 394 mg. A genus of fungus originally collected on the high grasslands of Tibet, Nepal and western China and long used in Chinese soups and tonics. Supplement-grade material is now generally grown on cultivated substrate rather than gathered wild.
- Astragalus — 129 mg. The dried, sliced root of Astragalus membranaceus, a plant in the pea and bean family and a staple of Chinese herbal cooking. The NCCIH page on astragalus covers the plant in general terms.
- Dong Quai — 71.4 mg. The root of Angelica sinensis, an aromatic member of the carrot family grown in the cool, high-altitude provinces of central China. The oddly precise 71.4 mg figure is exactly as printed.
- Cherokee Rose — 26 mg. The hip of Rosa laevigata, a white-flowered climbing rose native to southern China that naturalised so thoroughly across the American South it ended up as Georgia's state flower.
- Cridium — 26 mg. Spelled that way on the card. The botanical normally written Cnidium (Cnidium monnieri) is another carrot-family plant whose small ribbed seeds appear in Chinese herbal formulas. We reproduce the panel's spelling rather than quietly correcting it.
- Flat-Stern Milkvetch — 26 mg. Also printed with that spelling; the usual common name is flat-stem milkvetch, Astragalus complanatus. It is a different species from the 129 mg astragalus entry above, and the panel lists both.
- Ligustrum — 26 mg. The dried fruit of Ligustrum lucidum, glossy privet — an evergreen far better known outside Asia as a hedging shrub than as an ingredient.
- Schizandra — 26 mg. The berry of Schisandra chinensis, a climbing vine from north-eastern China and the Russian Far East. Its Chinese name translates as "five-flavour fruit," for the sweet, sour, salty, bitter and pungent notes the berry is said to carry at once.
Add those ten amounts together and they come to 1,944.4 mg. The serving size printed above them is 2800 mg, which leaves 855.6 mg of the serving not itemised anywhere on the card, and there is no "Other Ingredients" line — nothing names the capsule shell or any filler. That is what the panel says and does not say, and we would rather report the gap than fill it with a guess. The NCCIH's Herbs at a Glance index is a reasonable starting point for reading up on the plants named above.

How to use it
The directions on the card read, word for word: "As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule every ten days or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional."
The caution printed immediately below them is equally short: "Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Do not drink excessively."
That is the entire usage instruction set on this card. No window relative to food is given, no time of day is specified, and no storage line is printed. If anything about the frequency does not suit you, the card itself defers to a qualified healthcare professional, and so do we.
Who it’s for
Adults 18 and over, and specifically the buyer who wants one capsule rather than a pack of several. A single card is the low-commitment format: you are buying one serving, not a supply, which is a sensible way to find out whether a formula agrees with you before buying a larger pack. It sits in our supplements for men range.
It is not for anyone under 18. Because walnut is in the formula at 560 mg, it is also not for anyone avoiding tree nuts. If you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication, or are managing anything with a doctor, the sensible move is to raise it with them before adding a herbal supplement of any kind.
Good to know
- Contains walnut. No allergen statement is printed anywhere on the card, so this comes straight from the ingredient line: walnut, 560 mg, second on the panel.
- No % Daily Value figures. The panel prints "Daily Value not Established" under the whole list, which is normal for botanicals that have no established reference intake.
- Herbal products can interact with prescription medicines. If you take anything regularly — nitrates and blood-pressure medication most of all — have that conversation with your pharmacist or doctor before you start.
- Keep out of reach of children. Single blister cards are easy to leave lying around; this one shouldn't be.
- No Proposition 65 warning is printed on this card, so none is reproduced here.
- New to reading these panels? The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements publishes a plain-English primer, Dietary Supplements: What You Need to Know, which explains what a Supplement Facts panel is and is not required to tell you.
Frequently asked questions
How many capsules come on the card?
One. A single yellow capsule is sealed under clear blister film on one printed card.

The printed frequency is one capsule every ten days, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. No other timing instruction appears anywhere on the card.
Does it contain nuts?
Yes. Walnut is the second ingredient on the Supplement Facts panel at 560 mg per serving. Anyone with a tree nut allergy should choose something else.
Who makes it?
The back of the card reads "Manufactured for Prime Health Inc., Seattle, WA" and carries a Made in USA mark. Gear Isle is the retailer here, not the manufacturer.
