What Q7 Chocolate is

Q7 Chocolate is a cocoa confection sold as a dietary supplement for adults, presented on a black hanging card with the chocolate pieces sealed separately in foil sachets. The back of the card carries a Supplement Facts panel, a full ingredient list, usage directions, a caution block, a lot code and a barcode. The pack is marked Made in U.S.A and Distributed by CHOCO USA.

The front of the card is printed with a yellow Q7 logo, a flaming horse illustration and a roundel reading "Filled with Pop Rocks". Each piece is a dark cocoa shell around a pale centre. There is nothing to swallow dry and nothing to measure out — the format is a small chocolate ball, eaten as it comes.

This is a food-format supplement rather than a capsule, and the panel on the back reflects that: it is a nutrition-style table of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrate and sodium, stated as an average per 100 g, rather than a list of milligram amounts per herb. That distinction matters if you are comparing it against the capsules elsewhere in Supplements for Men, because there is no herbal blend weight printed anywhere on this pack.

What the ingredient list names

The ingredient line on the back of the card reads, in order: Pau De Cabinda powder, Radix panax ginseng, Tongkat ali root, Cinnamon powder, Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanillin and milk. No amounts are printed against any of them, so what follows describes what the plants are, not how much of each is in a piece.

  • Pau De Cabinda powder. Printed first on the panel. The name is written this way on the pack and does not map onto a single standard botanical reference, so we describe it no further than the label does.
  • Radix panax ginseng. "Radix" is the Latin for root, so this is the root of Panax ginseng — the species usually sold as Asian or Korean ginseng, cultivated in Korea and north-east China and one of the most widely used roots in herbal supplement formulas. General background is available in the NCCIH fact sheet on Asian ginseng.
  • Tongkat ali root. The root of Eurycoma longifolia, a slender understorey tree native to Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam, where the root has a long history of use in traditional preparations. It is a common inclusion in men's supplement formulas. There is no dedicated federal fact sheet for it; the NCCIH "Herbs at a Glance" index is the general reference point for botanicals of this kind.
  • Cinnamon powder. The ground inner bark of the cinnamon tree — the same everyday kitchen spice, here contributing warmth against the cocoa.
  • The chocolate base. Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter and cocoa powder are the four components that make the piece a chocolate rather than a tablet. Soy lecithin is listed as the emulsifier, vanillin as the flavouring, and milk is declared, which makes this a milk chocolate.

Because no per-ingredient weights are printed, there is no proprietary blend total to quote and none should be inferred. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements background page on botanical supplements explains what botanical ingredients are and how they are regulated in the United States.

Figures are transcribed exactly as printed. The panel states them as an average for 100 g, not per piece, and adds: ** % Daily Value (DV) not established.

Ingredients: Pau De Cabinda powder, Radix panax ginseng, Tongkat ali root, Cinnamon powder, Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, emulsifier (soy lecithin), vanillin, milk.

How the label says to use it

The usage line on the back of the card reads: "As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 pieces 45 minutes before sexual activity." The serving size given on the panel is one piece.

The same panel sets a spacing limit in its caution block: do not use more than two pieces in any 48-hour period. That is the ceiling printed on this pack, and it is the number to work from rather than anything remembered from a different brand.

Storage is printed alongside: store in a dry place, avoid excess heat, and store below 22 °C (about 72 °F). That is a real constraint for a chocolate rather than boilerplate — a warm car or a sunny windowsill will soften the piece inside its sachet. Keep the sachet sealed until you use it.

Who it's for

The pack states "For adults 18+" and "Keep out of children's reach", and the format suits someone who would rather eat a piece of chocolate than take a capsule with water. Because each piece is individually sealed, it travels without a bottle rattling in a bag.

It is not for everyone. The card's own caution block rules out anyone with a history of kidney failure disease and anyone who is a heart patient with chronic hypertension ischemia, and the ingredient list rules out anyone avoiding milk or soy. The storage requirement makes it a poor choice if it will sit somewhere warm for a long time. Anyone who prefers a fixed milligram figure to compare against other products will find that this pack simply does not print one — the capsule products in Male Enhancement Pills generally do.

Good to know

  • Caution, as printed on the card: do not take this supplement if you have a history of kidney failure disease, or if you are a heart patient with chronic hypertension ischemia. Discontinue use immediately if any undesirable effects occur. Do not use more than two pieces every 48 hours.
  • Allergens. The ingredient list declares milk and soy lecithin. Anyone avoiding either should not use this product.
  • Age. For adults 18 and over only. Keep out of the reach of children — a chocolate ball is exactly the kind of thing a child will pick up.
  • Medication and existing conditions. Speak to a licensed healthcare professional before use if you take prescription medication of any kind, particularly nitrates, or if you have a heart, blood-pressure or kidney condition.
  • Proposition 65. No Proposition 65 warning is printed anywhere on this pack, so none is reproduced here. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements consumer guide is a good general primer on what supplement labels do and do not tell you.

Frequently asked questions

Is Q7 Chocolate a pill?

No. Q7 Chocolate is an actual chocolate confection — a cocoa-shelled ball with a pale centre, sealed in a foil sachet. There is no capsule, tablet, powder or liquid involved, and no water is needed to take it.

What does the panel on the back actually measure?

It is a nutrition-style panel giving energy, protein, total fat, carbohydrate and sodium as an average for 100 g of product, together with an NRV percentage for each. It does not give a milligram amount for any of the botanical ingredients, and the pack notes that a Daily Value has not been established.

Does it contain milk or soy?

Yes to both. Milk is declared at the end of the ingredient list and soy lecithin is named as the emulsifier. Neither is a trace disclosure — both are listed as ingredients.

How should it be stored?

In a dry place, away from excess heat, below 22 °C. Those three instructions are printed in a box on the back of the card. Chocolate is heat-sensitive, so the storage line is worth following more literally here than on a bottle of capsules.

Who makes it?

The back of the card gives "Distributed by CHOCO USA" and "Made in U.S.A". No street address, telephone number or website is printed on the pack.
