What this is
2K Green is a herbal dietary supplement for adults, supplied on a single hang-tab blister card that holds two green oblong tablets in two separately sealed pockets. The back panel states one tablet as a serving and two servings per package, and declares a single proprietary blend printed as 1000. That figure is printed with no unit of measure beside it, so it is reproduced here exactly as printed. Both faces carry the 2K GREEN wordmark and a green kangaroo silhouette, the front is marked 18+, and the back reads "Distributed by: 2K".
Each tablet is sealed in its own pocket. It sits in our Kangaroo pills range alongside the bottles and single-tablet cards under the same brand.
What is in it
The panel declares one proprietary blend and lists ten ingredient entries under it, with no individual amount printed against any of them. Two of the ten read as continuations of the name in front of them — "Ginko Biloba, Leaf Extract" and the pair "Tian Shan Xue Lian … Snow Lotus Flower" — so the ten printed lines most likely describe about eight distinct substances. Spellings below follow the card itself, including its "Ginko Biloba", which is the label's own rendering of ginkgo.
- L-Lysine — an essential amino acid, meaning the body cannot make it and gets it from food such as meat, eggs and legumes.
- Ginseng Extract — prepared from the root of Panax ginseng, a plant cultivated in Korea, north-east China and parts of North America and used in East Asian herbal preparations for centuries. The NCCIH page on Asian ginseng gives general background on the plant.
- Ginko Biloba, Leaf Extract — extract of the fan-shaped leaf of the maidenhair tree, one of the oldest surviving tree species. Background on the plant is collected in the NCCIH ginkgo fact sheet.
- L-Arginine — another amino acid, present in everyday foods including nuts, seeds, poultry and dairy, and widely used in sports and wellness formulations.
- Green Tea — leaf of Camellia sinensis, the same plant as black tea but processed without oxidation. Green tea naturally contains caffeine, and the card does not state how much is present in a tablet. The NCCIH green tea page covers the plant and its documented cautions.
- Chinese Aweto — a trade name for Cordyceps sinensis, a fungus that grows on the Tibetan plateau and a long-standing item in Chinese herbal preparations.
- Tian Shan Xue Lian … Snow Lotus Flower — printed as two entries, though both are usual names for Saussurea involucrata, an alpine plant of the Tian Shan mountain range in Central Asia. We list them as the panel prints them.
- Icariin — a flavonoid compound isolated from plants in the Epimedium genus, a group of shade-loving perennials native to China and Japan.
A proprietary blend means the manufacturer discloses the total weight of the mixture and the names of what is in it, but not the amount of each individual component. That is permitted on a supplement panel, but it means you cannot work out how much ginseng or green tea one tablet holds. If you want to compare declared panels across brands, the NIH keeps a public archive of them in the Dietary Supplement Label Database.
The card carries no "Other Ingredients" line, so the tablet's coating, binders, fillers and colourings are not declared anywhere on the packaging, and there is no allergen statement of any kind. We have not filled that gap with a typical formula.

How to use it
The directions printed on the back of the card read: take up to 1 tablet at least 30 minutes before engaging in sexual activity, and do not take more than 1 tablet within 2 days. Those two sentences are the whole of what the manufacturer prints about timing and frequency — there is no instruction about food, no water volume given, and no statement of how long a serving remains active. Follow the card, not any longer version you may have read elsewhere.
The label's own frequency limit sets the pace of the pack: with two tablets on the card and a minimum of two days between them, using both takes at least two days. Storage guidance on the card is simply to store in a cool dry place and keep it out of reach of children. The card is marked 18+ and states that it is to be sold to adults only.
Who it is for
This is an adult herbal supplement sold to customers 18 and over, and a two-tablet card suits somebody who wants a small quantity rather than a bottle — a first look at the brand, or a couple of servings kept aside. If you already know the formula and want a larger supply on hand, the twelve-tablet bottles in the same men's supplement range hold six times as many. Broader herbal options sit in supplements for men.
It is not suitable for anyone under 18, and the card states plainly that it is not for minors. It is also not suitable if any of the precautions below apply to you. Anyone taking prescription medication, or managing a diagnosed condition, should have that conversation with their own clinician first.
Good to know
The precautions block on the card is specific and worth reading in full before you open a blister:
- Do not take this product if you have taken any kind of medication or drug in the previous 12 hours, especially anything containing nitrates.
- Do not use it if you have any type of medical condition, especially a heart condition or high blood pressure.
- Immediately discontinue use if you experience shortness of breath or heart irregularity.
- Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool dry place.
Herbal ingredients are not inert, and several on this panel have documented interactions with common medicines — ginkgo and green tea among them. The NCCIH overview of dietary and herbal supplement safety is a plain-language starting point if you take anything regularly. No Proposition 65 warning is printed on this card, so none is reproduced here.
Frequently asked questions
How many tablets are on the card?
Two. The card holds two green oblong tablets, each sealed in its own blister pocket, and the panel declares two servings at one tablet per serving.
What does the "1000" on the panel mean?
It is the declared total for the proprietary blend, printed on the card as a bare number with no unit of measure beside it. We reproduce it as printed rather than adding a unit the manufacturer did not print.
How far apart should the two tablets be taken?
The card sets a minimum of two days: it instructs not to take more than one tablet within 2 days. It gives no other spacing guidance and no maximum.
Why does the ingredient list show ten entries but only about eight substances?
Two of the ten printed entries are continuations of the name before them, so "Ginko Biloba" and "Leaf Extract" describe one plant extract, and "Tian Shan Xue Lian" and "Snow Lotus Flower" are two names for the same alpine plant. The panel is transcribed exactly as printed.
Does the card list every ingredient in the tablet?
No. It names ten entries for the blend but gives no amount for any of them, and it prints no "Other Ingredients" line at all, so coatings, binders and colourings are undeclared. There is also no allergen statement on the packaging.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Dietary supplement for adults 18 and over. Consult a licensed healthcare professional before use, especially if you have a medical condition, heart concerns, or take prescription medication (including nitrates). Keep out of reach of children.
