• L-Arginine HCL 4-1 — an amino acid found in nuts, seeds, fish and dairy, here in a concentrated hydrochloride form.
• Maca Root Extract 50-1 — maca is a root vegetable in the mustard family, grown at altitude in the Peruvian Andes and eaten there as a food crop long before it was sold as a capsule.

Those are descriptions of the plants themselves, not descriptions of what they will do for anyone who takes them. Storage guidance sits alongside it on the same panel: keep out of reach of children, and store in a cool, dry place protected from light. A bathroom cabinet above a shower is the usual worst case for heat and humidity both; a bedroom drawer or a kitchen cupboard away from the hob is a better home for it.

Who it's for

This is a supplement for adults aged 18 and over, formulated and marketed for women — the packaging is labelled “For Her” throughout and sets the female symbol into the logo. Why doesn't the panel show an amount for each herb?

This is legal and common, and worth understanding: it means there is no way to tell from the label whether the maca or the taurine makes up the bulk of that 750 mg.

What does “Extract 50-1” mean next to an ingredient?

It is a concentration ratio. A 50:1 extract means roughly 50 parts of raw plant material were processed down into one part of finished extract. A higher ratio describes a more concentrated material; it says nothing at all about how much of that material went into the capsule.

Does it contain caffeine?

Guarana seed extract is one of the blend's listed ingredients, and guarana is a naturally caffeine-containing plant. The panel prints no caffeine figure, so no specific amount can be quoted here. If you are sensitive to caffeine, factor that in.
