What RUFF 10,000 mg is
RUFF 10,000 mg is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, supplied as one red capsule sealed on a single blister card. The card is printed with the RUFF fist logo, the words "Male Sexual Enhancement" and "Natural Formula", and a 10,000 MG flash in the top corner. The reverse of the card carries the full Supplement Facts panel, the maker's details and the barcode.
The product is made in America and distributed by UP 24-7 LLC, whose name and web address are printed along the bottom edge of the back card. The card also carries the item number OMS637-B.
You can find comparable single-serve formats in our male enhancement pills range and across the wider supplements for men category.
What's inside
The panel declares a 10,000 mg serving split into two named parts: a RUFF Blend of 2,450 mg and a RUFF enhancement blend of 7,550 mg. Only the 7,550 mg portion is broken out ingredient by ingredient, and the twelve amounts printed there add up to exactly 7,550 mg, so the itemisation accounts for that half of the serving in full. The 2,450 mg RUFF Blend is named on the panel but is not itemised, so we cannot tell you what is in it and will not speculate.
Here is what the itemised 7,550 mg portion contains, in the order the panel lists it.
- Tribulus terrestris, 811 mg — a low-growing flowering plant, also called puncture vine, with a long history of use in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese preparations. It is one of the most common botanicals in men's supplement formulas.
- Lycopene, 751 mg — the deep red carotenoid pigment that gives tomatoes, watermelon and pink grapefruit their colour. It is a plant compound rather than a herb.
- L-arginine, 711 mg — an amino acid that occurs naturally in everyday foods such as nuts, seeds, fish, poultry and dairy. The body also makes it.
- Damiana leaf, 641 mg — a small aromatic shrub native to Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean, where the dried leaf has traditionally been brewed as a tea or used as a flavouring in liqueurs.
- Guarana, 611 mg — a climbing plant from the Amazon basin. Its seed is naturally rich in caffeine and is the base of Brazil's well-known guaraná soft drinks.
- Ginkgo, 661 mg — leaf material from Ginkgo biloba, one of the oldest surviving tree species on earth and a fixture of the botanical supplement shelf. The NCCIH page on ginkgo gives general background on the plant.
- Maca, 607 mg — a root crop grown high in the Peruvian Andes. It belongs to the brassica family, alongside turnip and radish, and is eaten as a food in its home region.
- Vitamin B12, 513 mg — a water-soluble vitamin found in meat, fish, eggs and dairy. General information is available in the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet on vitamin B12.
- Vitamin C, 581 mg — ascorbic acid, the vitamin most associated with citrus fruit, peppers and berries.
- Vitamin D3, 513 mg — cholecalciferol, the form of vitamin D the skin makes on exposure to sunlight and the form most often used in supplements.
- Zinc oxide, 571 mg — a mineral compound supplying zinc, an essential trace mineral. The NIH fact sheet on zinc describes the mineral's role in the diet.
- Ginger, 579 mg — the rhizome of Zingiber officinale, a kitchen spice used across South and East Asian cooking for centuries.
Three of those amounts are worth reading carefully before you buy. The panel prints vitamin B12 and vitamin D3 at 513 mg each and vitamin C at 581 mg, all in milligrams, and it carries no % Daily Value column against which to check them. Milligram figures of that order sit well above the amounts these vitamins are usually supplied in. The numbers above are reproduced exactly as the card prints them. If your vitamin intake is something you track, or you already take a multivitamin, go through the panel with a pharmacist or your doctor before use.
The panel prints no "Other Ingredients" line, so the capsule shell material and any fillers are not disclosed. For general reading on how botanical supplements are formulated and labelled, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements maintains an overview of botanical dietary supplements.

How to use it
The card directs you to take one RUFF capsule one hour before sexual activity. It adds that RUFF may also be used on a regular basis, and that for best results you should leave one hour between taking RUFF and taking any other supplement or medication.
The printed caution sets a firm ceiling: do not use more than one capsule every 60 hours. That is a minimum spacing between doses rather than a window of effect, and it is the single most important instruction on the card.
Storage guidance is also printed on the card: keep the product in a cool, dry place. Leave the capsule sealed in its blister until you intend to use it.
Who it's for
This is a single-capsule purchase aimed at adult men aged 18 and over who want to try one dose of a herbal formula without committing to a bottle. The blister-card format suits a first purchase, an occasional buy, or keeping one on hand — you get one capsule, in one sealed blister, on one card.
It is not suitable for anyone under 18, and it is not intended for women. If you are already taking a men's formula from another brand, note the card's instruction to leave an hour between RUFF and any other supplement.
Good to know
- The card's own caution asks you to consult a physician if you have heart problems, and to stop using the product immediately if any undesirable effects develop.
- Keep out of reach of children. The blister is not child-resistant.
- Do not exceed one capsule every 60 hours.
- Speak to a licensed healthcare professional before use if you take prescription medication of any kind, particularly nitrates or nitroglycerin, or if you have a diagnosed medical condition.
- The 2,450 mg RUFF Blend is not broken down on the panel. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, that undisclosed portion is a genuine unknown and you should factor it into your decision.
- The NCCIH publishes general guidance on the safety of dietary and herbal supplements, which is worth reading if this is your first herbal product.
- Orders ship discreetly. The outer packaging does not describe the contents and does not show the Gear Isle name. Orders leave the next business day; faster paid services can be chosen at checkout. See our returns and refunds policy for details on sending an item back.
Frequently asked questions
How much of the 10,000 mg serving is actually itemised?
Of the 10,000 mg declared for one serving, 7,550 mg is itemised on the panel across twelve named entries, and those twelve amounts add up to exactly 7,550 mg. The remaining 2,450 mg is declared only as "RUFF Blend" with no breakdown given, so roughly a quarter of the serving weight is not disclosed on the label.
How long should I leave between capsules?
At least 60 hours. The caution printed on the back of the card states plainly that you should not use more than one capsule every 60 hours. That is a spacing requirement, and it applies regardless of how many cards you have bought.
How far ahead of time is the capsule taken?
One hour. The usage instructions printed on the card say to take one RUFF capsule one hour before sexual activity, and to allow an hour's gap between RUFF and any other supplement or medication you are taking.
Who makes RUFF and where is it made?
The back of the card names UP 24-7 LLC as the company behind the product and carries a United States flag with the words "Made in America". The card also prints the item number OMS637-B and a barcode ending 363720.
What does the capsule look like?
It is a red capsule, sealed under the clear blister dome on the front of the card and visible without opening anything. One capsule is what the card holds.
