What it is
Tyger 46,000 mg is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, supplied as one capsule sealed in a blister on a single card. The front of the card is taken up by a tiger photograph, the brand name TYGER, and the words "Natural Formula" beneath it. The reverse carries the Supplement Facts panel, the usage directions and the caution text; every figure below is transcribed from it.
The panel states the serving as one tablet totalling 46,000 mg, and splits that total across two named groups: a TYGER Blend of 9,750 mg and a TYGER enhancement group of 36,250 mg. Twelve ingredients are then listed by name, each carrying its own milligram figure. The card is marked Made in America and printed with the item code OMS767-B.
What's inside
Twelve ingredients are named on the panel: six of them are plant material, one is an amino acid, one is a plant pigment, and the remaining four are vitamins and a mineral compound. Each is printed with an individual amount rather than being folded into an undisclosed proprietary blend, so it is possible to see exactly what the manufacturer says is in the capsule. The NIH publishes a plain-language guide to what dietary supplements are and how they are regulated.
The six plant ingredients
Tribulus-Terrestris (the panel's hyphenation) is a low, sprawling plant of dry stony ground, a member of the caltrop family. The part milled for supplement work is the dried fruit and aerial growth.
Damiana Leaf is the dried leaf of Turnera diffusa, a small aromatic shrub with yellow flowers native to Mexico and Central America. The leaf is stripped, dried and milled.
Guarana is the seed of an Amazonian climbing vine, Paullinia cupana. The seed is naturally caffeinated, and the panel gives no separate caffeine figure — worth knowing if you are sensitive to caffeine or already drink a lot of coffee.
Ginko is Ginkgo biloba, a tree with fan-shaped leaves and no close living relatives, the leaf being the part used. The NCCIH fact sheet on ginkgo gives general background on the plant.
Maca is the root of Lepidium meyenii, grown high in the Peruvian Andes, where it is a food crop as much as a supplement ingredient. The harvested roots are dried slowly in the open before being milled.
Ginger is the rhizome — the swollen underground stem — of Zingiber officinale, sliced, dried and milled to a powder.
The amino acid and the pigment
L-arginine is one of the amino acids that make up dietary protein. It turns up in ordinary foods such as nuts, seeds, poultry, fish and pulses, and the body also produces a supply of its own.
Lyco-pene is the carotenoid pigment responsible for the red of tomatoes, watermelon and pink grapefruit. It is fat-soluble, and the material used in supplements is generally drawn from tomato extract.
The vitamins and the mineral
The panel lists Vitamin B12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Zinc oxide, each in milligrams. There is no percentage Daily Value column anywhere on the panel. Vitamin B12 is the cobalamin found in meat, fish, eggs and dairy; vitamin D3 is cholecalciferol, the form the skin makes in sunlight. Vitamin C is water-soluble and neither made nor stored by the body, so intake is a daily matter — the NIH fact sheet on vitamin C sets out the recommended amounts. Zinc oxide is a compound used as a source of zinc, an essential trace mineral; the NIH fact sheet on zinc covers recommended and upper intakes.

How to use it
The printed direction is to take one Tyger capsule one hour before sexual activity. One hour is the manufacturer's own timing, and it is the figure to work to.
The same directions block asks that the capsule be taken an hour apart from any other supplement or medication. That is a timing instruction, not a statement that combining them is safe — see the caution below.
The caution sets a hard ceiling on frequency: do not use more than one capsule every 60 hours — two and a half days between servings.
Keep the card in a cool, dry place and out of reach of children.
Who it's for
This is a product for adults aged 18 and over, and for someone who wants a single capsule to try rather than a bottle to work through — the low-commitment way to judge a formula of this type before paying for a larger format.
It will not suit anyone who falls into the categories named in the caution, anyone avoiding caffeine, or anyone looking for a daily vitamin routine — the 60-hour minimum gap rules that out. If you want to compare formats and ingredient panels side by side, the Supplements for Men range and the male enhancement pills category list the alternatives.
Good to know
The caution printed on the back of the card reads, in substance: consult a physician if you have heart problems; stop using immediately if undesirable effects appear; keep out of reach of children; store in a cool, dry place; and do not use more than one capsule every 60 hours.
The heart warning is the one that matters most, and it is not boilerplate. If you take any prescription medication — nitrates and nitroglycerin above all — speak to a doctor or pharmacist before buying, not after. Stop taking it and get advice if you feel unwell. The NCCIH publishes general guidance on how to think about the safety of herbal supplements, which is worth reading if this is unfamiliar ground.
No California Proposition 65 warning is printed anywhere on this card.
Shipping and packaging
Orders ship in plain outer packaging. The parcel does not describe its contents and carries no Gear Isle branding on the outside. Orders are dispatched the next business day, and a quicker carrier service can be selected at checkout.
Product photographs are illustrative. Packaging, lot codes and printed dates vary between shipments.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly arrives in the parcel?
This listing supplies one capsule, sealed in a blister on a single card. The Supplement Facts panel gives the serving size as one tablet, so the card carries one serving.
How far in advance does the label say to take it?
The Tyger directions say one hour before sexual activity. The card additionally asks that the capsule be taken an hour apart from any other supplement or medication.
What is the shortest gap allowed between capsules?
Sixty hours. The caution block on the back of the Tyger card states that no more than one capsule should be used in any 60-hour period, and going beyond that contradicts the manufacturer's own instructions.
Does the panel break the 46,000 mg down?
It does — into a TYGER Blend of 9,750 mg and a TYGER enhancement group of 36,250 mg, with an individual milligram amount printed against each of the twelve named ingredients.
Does it contain caffeine?
Guarana, listed at 3,412 mg, is a naturally caffeinated seed. The panel prints no separate caffeine figure, so the exact amount per capsule is not stated on the packaging.
Where is it made, and does Gear Isle manufacture it?
The card is marked Made in America and carries the item code OMS767-B. Gear Isle is a retailer of this product, not its manufacturer.
