What it is
The Endless Desires Couples Enhancer is a clear, stretchy moulded sleeve from California Exotic Novelties that carries two removable bullet vibrators and measures 4.5 inches (11 cm) tall. It is a single piece of soft, transparent material shaped into three working parts: a textured sleeve, a support ring beneath it, and a pair of curved ticklers rising from the top edge. Both bullets lift out, so the powered parts and the moulding are separate items that happen to travel together.
It sits in the wearable end of our adult toys range rather than the handheld end. Nothing about it is rigid — the whole body flexes, and the two bullets are the only hard components.
A closer look at the design
The moulding does three separate jobs at once, which is unusual for an item this small. Working from the base up:
- The support ring. A single loop at the bottom of the moulding, formed from the same clear material as the rest and not a separate part glued on.
- The textured sleeve. The main body, ridged on the inside and covered in raised nubs on the outside. Because the material is transparent you can see the internal ridging straight through the wall, which is a good way to check the moulding before first use.
- The dual ticklers. Two curved prongs that arc up and away from the top edge of the sleeve. The carton calls them ticklers, and they are moulded in one piece with everything else.
- Two bullet vibrators. Chrome-bodied, with black end caps, each seated in its own moulded pocket on either side of the base. They are removable by design — this is a carton callout, not an inference.
The clear colourway is worth a word. Transparent material shows everything: how clean it is, whether the bullets are seated properly, and how far the sleeve has been stretched. Some buyers prefer an opaque finish for exactly that reason, and it is a fair thing to weigh up before ordering.

How to use it
Seat both bullets in their moulded pockets before use, and follow the instructions supplied in the carton by California Exotic Novelties for switching them on and selecting settings. The two bullets are physically separate units in separate pockets, so they can be run together or one at a time, and either can be lifted out and used on its own.
The sleeve is designed to stretch, and easing it gently and evenly before first use tells you how much give the material has. Keep sessions comfortable — anything close-fitting should be eased off if it stops feeling comfortable, rather than worn to a schedule.
Remove both bullets before cleaning, which separates the electronics from the part that needs washing. Use the care guidance printed on the packaging; store the moulding flat and away from direct sunlight, with the bullets out.
Who it's for
This is an adult product for couples, sold to buyers 18 and over. The carton positions it as a shared item — the ticklers face outward and the two bullets sit at the base — so it suits people shopping together rather than someone looking for a solo handheld. Anyone wanting a bullet vibrator on its own would do better with a dedicated one, since the two here are accessories to the moulding.
The clear finish and the modest 4.5-inch height make it one of the less conspicuous items in our men's toys selection. If you are new to wearable designs, the fact that both bullets come out is genuinely useful: you can get familiar with the moulding on its own first.
Good to know
Keep this product away from children and store it somewhere private and dry. It is not a medical device and makes no medical claim. If you have a skin sensitivity or a circulatory condition, or you are unsure whether a close-fitting wearable is appropriate for you, speak to a licensed healthcare professional first.
Discontinue use if you notice irritation, numbness or discomfort. Keep the bullet vibrators, and any batteries supplied with them, away from small children, and dispose of used batteries according to your local rules. Do not attempt to open or modify the bullet housings.
Frequently Asked Questions
What exactly comes with this product?
You get one clear Endless Desires Couples Enhancer moulding with two bullet vibrators seated in it. The sleeve, the support ring and the dual ticklers are all one piece of material; the two bullets are the only removable parts.
How big is it?
It measures 4.5 inches, or 11 cm, in overall height — that figure is printed on the size-comparison graphic supplied with the product photography. It appears next to a hand in one of the images on this page, which is the most useful way to judge the scale.
What is it made from, and what batteries do the bullets take?
The packaging photographed for this listing does not print a material name or a battery specification, so we have not published either. The carton supplied with the product carries the manufacturer's own specifications, and California Exotic Novelties is the source to check for both. We would rather tell you a fact is unavailable than estimate it.
Can the bullets be used separately?
Yes. Both bullet vibrators lift out of their moulded pockets, which the carton lists as a feature of the design. That also means you can remove them before cleaning the sleeve, keeping the powered parts away from water.
How is this order packaged for delivery?
Your order ships in plain outer packaging with no product imagery and no brand marks on the outside, and nothing on the exterior describes the contents. It will not show the Gear Isle name.
