What it is
White Lion Boost Male Stamina is a herbal dietary supplement for adult men, sold as one capsule sealed on a single blister card. The card is printed front and back: a white lion against a snow-mountain background on the face, and the full Supplement Facts panel on the reverse. Each capsule carries 750 mg of a proprietary herbal blend, and the capsule itself is two-tone — a clear silver-white body with a banded blue cap, visible through the blister.
The back of the card gives the distributor as White Lion Nutrition of Miami, Florida, and carries a "Made in U.S.A." seal. It sits in our supplements for men range alongside other single-serving herbal cards.
What's inside
The panel declares a single 750 mg proprietary blend and then lists its botanicals and nutrients by name only — no per-ingredient amounts are printed, which is normal for a blend declaration. Here is what those sixteen entries are, described as plants and nutrients rather than as anything they will do for you.
- Milkvetch — the common name for legumes of the Astragalus genus, whose dried root is a long-standing item in Chinese herbal practice. The NCCIH page on astragalus gives general background on the plant.
- Chinese Dodder Seed — seed of Cuscuta chinensis, a leafless parasitic vine that grows threaded through its host plant.
- Asparagus — printed with no species given. The genus covers both the familiar garden vegetable and several roots used in herbal preparations, so the panel does not say which is meant.
- Dong Quai — the root of Angelica sinensis, an umbellifer related to celery and carrot, cultivated in cool mountain regions of China.
- Cherokee Rose — Rosa laevigata, a climbing white rose. Its hips are the part traditionally collected.
- Korean Ginseng — root of Panax ginseng, one of the most heavily studied botanicals in the supplement trade. The NCCIH fact sheet on Asian ginseng covers what is and is not known about it.
- Schi-zandra Fruit — printed with that hyphen on the card. It is the berry of Schisandra chinensis, known as the five-flavour berry because the fruit is described as sweet, sour, salty, bitter and pungent at once.
- Vitamin B6 — a water-soluble vitamin found in fish, potatoes and chickpeas. It is named inside the blend rather than given its own line and percentage, so the card states no amount for it; the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet on vitamin B6 explains the nutrient itself.
- L-Argonne — transcribed exactly as printed. The spelling does not match a recognised compound; the closely similar amino acid L-arginine is the one commonly seen in formulas of this kind.
- L-Lysine — an essential amino acid, meaning the body cannot make it and it has to come from food such as eggs, beans and dairy.
- Ligustrum — the privet genus, familiar in gardens as hedging shrubs.
- Qianling — printed without further identification. It does not correspond to a standard botanical or common English name.
- Epimedium — a genus of low, shade-loving perennials in the barberry family, grown ornamentally as barrenwort.
- Frece-Flower — transcribed as printed. It is not a recognised botanical name and the card offers no Latin equivalent.
- Ligustrum Lucidum — glossy privet, listed here in addition to the plain "Ligustrum" entry above.
- Rhizoma Curculiginis — the rhizome of Curculigo orchioides, a low-growing plant of South and East Asia.
For a general grounding in how botanical supplements are made and regulated, the NIH background paper on botanical dietary supplements is a useful neutral starting point. It describes the category, not this product.

Blend contents, as listed: Milkvetch, Chinese Dodder Seed, Asparagus, Dong Quai, Cherokee Rose, Korean Ginseng, Schi-zandra Fruit, Vitamin B6, L-Argonne, L-Lysine, Ligustrum, Qianling, Epimedium, Frece-Flower, Ligustrum Lucidum, Rhizoma Curculiginis. No individual amounts are printed for these, and the card carries no separate "Other Ingredients" line.
How to use it
The card's directions read: take 1 capsule 5–7 minutes prior to sexual activity, and it is best taken on an empty stomach. That is the whole of the printed guidance — the label gives no instruction about water, and no recommendation to repeat.
The printed caution sets one firm limit: do not use more than one capsule every 60 hours. That is a maximum frequency, not a schedule to follow, and it is the manufacturer's own ceiling rather than ours. The label also says to store the product in a cool, dry place.
Who it's for
This is a single-serving format aimed at adults 18 and over, and specifically at men — the card is marked as a men's product. One capsule on one card suits someone trying a formula for the first time, or keeping one on hand, rather than anyone wanting a supply. If you already know you get on with a herbal blend of this type, the multi-count bottles in our male enhancement pills section work out better per serving.
It is not suitable for anyone under 18. If you are taking prescription medication of any kind, particularly nitrates or anything for blood pressure or the heart, the decision to use a herbal supplement belongs with your doctor and not with a product page.
Good to know
The card's own caution block asks you to consult a physician if you have heart problems, to discontinue use immediately if any undesirable effects occur, and to keep the product out of reach of children. We have reproduced those as printed rather than paraphrasing them.
No Proposition 65 warning is printed anywhere on this packaging, so none is reproduced here. The card also prints no servings figure and no manufacturer's telephone number, so neither is stated on this page.
Orders ship in plain outer packaging that does not name the contents or this store. Product photographs are illustrative. Packaging, lot codes and printed dates vary between shipments.
Frequently asked questions
How many capsules come with this listing?
One. This listing is a single capsule, sealed in one blister on one printed card.
What does the 750 mg refer to?
750 mg is the total weight of the proprietary herbal blend in the capsule, and the panel gives the same figure as the serving size. It is not the amount of any one ingredient.
Does the label say how much of each herb is in the blend?
No. The panel names sixteen blend ingredients but prints no individual amounts and no percentages, so there is no way to state how much of any single herb the capsule contains. We do not estimate them.
How often does the label allow it to be taken?
The printed caution says not to use more than one capsule every 60 hours. That is the outer limit stated by the manufacturer, and the card gives no other frequency guidance.
Should it be taken with food?
The directions say it is best taken on an empty stomach. Beyond that the card says nothing about meals, timing relative to food, or what to drink with it.
