What this is
ExtenZe Plus is a nutritional supplement for adult men, sold here as one sealed blister card holding five red film-coated tablets. The front of the card is printed “Five Day Supply”, and the panel’s serving is one tablet a day. It is made in the USA for Biotab Nutraceuticals, Inc. of Monrovia, California, and the full Supplement Facts panel is printed on the reverse of the card.
Every figure, ingredient name and instruction below is transcribed from that printed panel rather than from a supplier sheet. Where this listing is brief, it is because the label is brief. You can find comparable products in supplements for men.
What’s inside
The panel declares two individual nutrients and three named blends, in a serving of one tablet.
Folate (folic acid), 400 mcg. A B vitamin that occurs naturally in leafy greens, beans, lentils and citrus, and one of the few entries here carrying a full daily-value figure — the panel puts it at 100%. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet on folate gives general background on the nutrient itself.
Zinc (as zinc oxide), 25 mg. An essential mineral found in oysters, red meat, poultry and pumpkin seeds. The panel lists it at 167% of the daily reference value, so a single tablet supplies well over a day’s reference amount on its own — worth knowing if you already take a multivitamin. Background on the mineral is available from the NIH fact sheet on zinc.
ExtenZe Male Prohormone Blend, 60 mg. This is the one blend the panel itemises completely: micronized DHEA (dehydroepiandrosterone) at 50 mg and pregnenolone (3β-hydroxypregn-5-en-20-one) at 10 mg, which add up to exactly the 60 mg declared for the blend. Both are steroid hormone precursors that the human body produces in the adrenal glands. They are also the reason this particular label carries a longer warning block than most herbal cards — those warnings are reproduced in full further down, and they are worth reading before you buy. If you compete in a sport with anti-doping rules, check this ingredient list against your governing body’s requirements first.
ExtenZe Bio-enhancement Blend, 25 mg. Three kitchen spices: black pepper (fruit), white pepper (seed) and ginger (root). The panel gives the 25 mg figure for the blend as a whole and does not print a separate amount for any of the three.
ExtenZe Sexual Response Enhancement Blend, 600 mg. This is the bulk of the tablet and the longest list on the card, running to nineteen entries: yohimbe extract (bark), tribulus extract (fruit/herb), Korean ginseng extract (root), cnidium (seed), eleuthero extract (root), xanthoparmelia scabrosa (aerial parts), gamma aminobutyric acid, deer antler velvet (Cervus elaphus), horny goat weed (herb), damiana (leaf), muira puama extract (bark), pumpkin (seed), stinging nettle (root), astragalus (root), licorice extract (root), L-arginine hydrochloride, he shou wu extract (root), hops extract (flower) and boron (as chelate).
One point of honesty about that list: the panel prints a single 600 mg figure for the whole blend and no amount at all for any individual ingredient within it. There is no way to say from this label how much yohimbe or how much damiana a tablet contains, so this listing does not estimate it.
A few of those entries have plain-language reference pages worth reading. Yohimbe is the bark of a West African evergreen tree and is one of the more closely discussed botanicals in supplement use — the NCCIH page on yohimbe covers what is and is not known about it, including its safety profile. Korean ginseng is a cultivated root used for centuries in East Asian preparations; see the NCCIH page on Asian ginseng. Licorice root, the same plant behind traditional confectionery, has known interactions with some medications and blood-pressure considerations, described on the NCCIH licorice root page. These pages describe the plants; they say nothing about this product and do not endorse it.
Damiana is a shrub from Central America, muira puama a Brazilian tree bark, he shou wu a climbing vine root used in Chinese preparations, and xanthoparmelia scabrosa a lichen. Deer antler velvet is exactly what it sounds like. Boron and gamma aminobutyric acid round the blend out.

How to use it
The label’s suggested use is one tablet daily, taken in the morning with breakfast. That is the whole of the timing guidance printed on this card — there is no instruction to take it in advance of anything, and no re-dosing interval other than the once-daily figure.
Storage is specified as 15–30°C (59–86°F). The card also states that it should not be purchased if the inner seal is broken, so it is worth checking the blister film is intact when the pack arrives. Keep it out of the reach of children.
Who it’s for
This is a five-tablet card aimed at adult men aged 18 and over who want to try the brand in a small quantity rather than commit to a large bottle. It suits someone sampling a formula for the first time, or someone who already knows the product and wants a short pack rather than a month’s worth.
It is not a product for women: the label states plainly that it should not be used if pregnant or nursing, and it lists facial hair growth in women among its possible side effects. Anyone taking prescription medication, or managing a heart or prostate condition, should read the warnings below and speak to a doctor before buying rather than after.
Good to know
This card carries a longer warning block than most herbal supplements, and it is reproduced here in full because it is the most useful thing printed on the pack:

No California Prop 65 warning is printed on this package, so none is reproduced here.

Frequently asked questions
How many tablets come on the card?
Five red film-coated tablets, sealed together in a single blister card. The panel gives the serving as one tablet and lists five servings.
How is it taken?
The label directs one tablet daily, in the morning, with breakfast. No other timing instruction is printed on the pack.
Does the label say how much of each herb is in the 600 mg blend?
No. The Supplement Facts panel prints one 600 mg total for the ExtenZe Sexual Response Enhancement Blend and names its nineteen ingredients, but gives no individual amount for any of them. Only the 60 mg prohormone blend is broken down, into 50 mg DHEA and 10 mg pregnenolone.
Where is it made, and by whom?
The back of the card reads “Manufactured in USA for: Biotab Nutraceuticals, Inc., 401 E Huntington Drive, Monrovia, CA 91016”.
Is there anything in it that interacts with medication?
The label itself instructs anyone using another dietary supplement, a prescription drug or an over-the-counter drug to consult a physician or licensed qualified health care professional before use. That instruction applies whatever the medication, and a pharmacist can check the ingredient list above against what you already take.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Dietary supplement for adults 18 and over. This was the first supplement I ever tried and it did not work. There are many, many supplements on his site that do work. Stay away from this one. Verified Customer Review (Posted on 11/27/2014)Overall Value Quality Likelihood to reorder - This product didn't do it for me.

This type of product is great for a person introduced or they're first time taking male supplements. Otherwise i didn't get any noticeable results down there. I even purchased one of those Big bottles from Wal-Mart with something like a 30 day supply, Didn't do it for me. I usually don't like to disparage a product but i wasn't happy over all and felt it was a waste of money. I personally choose to stay away from this brand. But for someone new to the whole male supplements, or maybe looking for a boost of energy, or your very sensitive, give them a try. (Posted on 8/26/2014)Overall Value Quality Likelihood to reorder
