The panel gives a serving size, then sets out the capsule's contents as a proprietary blend. That is a disclosure format the labelling rules allow: the manufacturer names the botanicals that go into the blend and prints one combined weight for the blend as a whole, rather than a separate amount beside each individual component. The note under the panel records that a Daily Value has not been established for those ingredients, which is ordinary for botanicals rather than a gap in the label.
