Polypodium vulgare powder (root and rhizome). Common polypody, a small evergreen fern that grows on shaded rock and old walls across Europe. Muira Puama root powder. A small flowering tree of the Brazilian Amazon basin. The root and bark are the parts dried for use in traditional Amazonian preparations.
