What it is

Wild Zone 1850 For Her is a herbal dietary supplement for adult women, supplied as one pink capsule sealed in a blister on a single hanging card. The Supplement Facts panel on the back of the card itemises twelve ingredients, and the amounts printed beside them add up to 1,850 mg per capsule — the same 1850 figure printed on the front. The card states that the product is made in the U.S.A. and distributed by EmbraceLove Co. of Los Angeles, California.

Every ingredient carries its own milligram figure rather than sitting inside an undisclosed blend, so the whole of the 1,850 mg is accounted for on the label and the formula below is transcribed in full.

What's inside

The formula is mostly botanical, with one amino acid and one carotenoid pigment. Here is what each entry on the panel actually is, in the order the card lists it.

  • Maca root, 300 mg — the largest single amount on the panel. Maca is a root vegetable grown at high altitude in the Peruvian Andes, traditionally dried and ground into a powder used in food and in supplement formulas.
  • Damiana leaf, 200 mg — a small shrub native to Central America, the Caribbean and parts of Texas. Its leaves have a long history of use in teas and traditional preparations.
  • Horny goat weed, 200 mg — the common English name for Epimedium, a low flowering plant used in traditional Chinese herbalism and widely found in modern herbal blends.
  • Yohimbe, 200 mg — bark from a tall evergreen tree that grows in West and Central Africa. It is one of the more closely examined botanicals in this category, and the NCCIH page on yohimbe sets out general background and safety considerations worth reading before use.
  • Ginseng root, 200 mg — a slow-growing perennial root. The NCCIH page on Asian ginseng gives neutral background on the plant and how it has been studied.
  • Cnidium, 150 mg — an extract from the seed of an Asian plant of the carrot family, used in traditional Chinese preparations.
  • Lycopene, 150 mg — the red carotenoid pigment that gives tomatoes, watermelon and pink grapefruit their colour, and the one entry here that is an isolated compound from food rather than a whole-plant material.
  • Tribulus terrestris, 100 mg — a low, sprawling plant found across warm regions, sometimes called puncture vine after its spiny seed cases.
  • L-arginine, 100 mg — an amino acid, not a herb. It occurs in ordinary foods such as nuts, seeds, dairy, poultry and fish, and the body also makes its own.
  • Ginkgo leaf, 100 mg — from the ginkgo tree, one of the oldest surviving tree species. The NCCIH page on ginkgo covers the plant and its use in supplements.
  • Guarana seed, 90 mg — a climbing plant from the Amazon basin whose seeds contain caffeine naturally. This is the one ingredient on the panel that is a stimulant source, which is worth knowing if you are sensitive to caffeine or already drinking coffee.
  • Angelica sinensis, 60 mg — the smallest amount listed. Better known as dong quai, it is an aromatic root long used in traditional Chinese preparations and one of the botanicals most often seen in formulas aimed at women.

For general context on how plant-based supplements are made and regulated, the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements publishes a plain-language overview of botanical dietary supplements. It describes the category, not this product.

One thing the card does not print is a separate “other ingredients” statement, so the material the capsule shell itself is made from is not disclosed on the packaging.

How to use it

The directions printed on the card are a single line: take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal, for best results. That is the whole of the printed instruction.

Nothing else about timing appears anywhere on the packaging — no interval to leave between capsules, no window around eating beyond “with a meal”, and no storage instruction. Where the card is silent, this page stays silent rather than filling the gap. For guidance on your own circumstances, ask a pharmacist or your own clinician.

Who it's for

This is a product for adult women; the front of the card is printed “for HER” and “for women”, and the back states it is not for use by anyone under 18. The single-capsule card suits someone trying this format once rather than committing to a supply.

It is not suitable for anyone who is pregnant or nursing, and the card says so directly. If you take prescription medication of any kind, the packaging directs you to your own healthcare provider before using it — that instruction is on the label, not an addition of ours. You can see the rest of this category in supplements for women, and comparable single-card products under female enhancement pills.

Good to know

The warning printed on the back of the card reads, in substance: this product is not meant for pregnant or nursing mothers, children under the age of 18, or individuals taking prescription medications; consult your health care provider prior to use if you have a medical condition or are taking any medication. A second line repeats that it is not for use by individuals under 18 years.

  • It contains a caffeine source. Guarana seed naturally contains caffeine. The card does not state how much caffeine is in the capsule, so if you are sensitive to it, factor that in.
  • Yohimbe is present at 200 mg. It is one of the four largest amounts on the panel. The NCCIH page linked above is the sensible place to read general background before deciding.
  • Keep out of reach of children. The capsule is a single dose on an unsecured blister card.
  • Prop 65: no California Proposition 65 warning is printed on this packaging, so none is reproduced here.
  • Supplements are not medicines. The NIH Office of Dietary Supplements’ guide to what you need to know about dietary supplements is a useful general primer.

Product photographs are illustrative. Packaging, lot codes and printed dates vary between shipments.

Frequently asked questions

How many capsules come on the card?

One. A single pink capsule is sealed in one blister on one hanging card, and that capsule is a full serving according to the panel.

Does the label break out the amount of each ingredient?

Yes. All twelve ingredients carry their own milligram figure, from maca root at 300 mg down to angelica sinensis at 60 mg. Added together they come to 1,850 mg, so nothing in the capsule is hidden inside an unquantified blend.

Does the card say when to take it?

It says to take one capsule daily, preferably with a meal. No other timing instruction of any kind is printed on the packaging.

Does it contain caffeine?

It contains 90 mg of guarana seed, and guarana naturally contains caffeine. The panel does not give a caffeine figure, so the exact amount is not stated on the label.

Is the capsule shell vegetarian?

The card prints no “other ingredients” line, which is where a shell material such as gelatin or a plant-based alternative would normally be declared. Since the packaging does not say, we would rather tell you that than guess.

I'm not sure if anyone else has had this experience but I took a wicked pill on Saturday and Sunday night my cycle artificially started 2.5 weeks early.
This is the third time I've had this happen with the wicked pill for her. (I bought 6pk)
First time I thought it was a fluke. Now I know it's not a good fit for me. Getting a period within a couple of days of taking the period isn't healthy.
