Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), 1000 mcg. A large figure by everyday standards, and the panel prints its percentage accordingly. Hydrolyzed Protein, 300 mg. The largest single amount on the panel. Hydrolyzed simply means the protein has already been broken down into shorter peptide chains; the card does not name the protein's source.

Swedish Flower (pollen), 150 mg. A pollen extract collected from flowering plants and processed into a powder. It has a long history as a supplement ingredient in Scandinavia, which is where the name comes from.

Pine Bark Extract, 75 mg. Drawn from the bark of pine trees and standardised commercially for its flavonoid content. The card does not name the pine species or a standardisation percentage.

Pygeum Africanum (bark), 75 mg, standardised to 14% triterpenes. Bark of the African cherry tree, a large evergreen from the highlands of sub-Saharan Africa. The standardisation figure is printed on the panel, which is unusual candour for a card of this size.

Chrysin, 10 mg. A flavonoid that occurs naturally in passionflower, honey and bee propolis, and the smallest amount on the panel.

The capsule shell and processing aids are listed separately as silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, sodium copper chlorophyllin, titanium dioxide and gelatin. Sodium copper chlorophyllin is a green colouring derived from chlorophyll; gelatin is animal-derived, so the capsules are not suitable for vegetarian or vegan diets.
