Cinnamon (bark powder), Cinnamon cassia — 30 mg

The proprietary blend
Alongside those five entries the panel prints a line reading “Proprietary Blend — 1000 mg”. The five itemised amounts add up to 410 mg, and the label does not break down the remainder or name what else the blend holds. We transcribe the panel exactly as printed rather than distributing amounts the manufacturer has not disclosed. How to use it
The directions printed on the card read: take one capsule 45 minutes prior to sexual activity. The card’s caution line sets the ceiling separately — do not exceed more than one capsule in four days. That four-day figure is a minimum spacing between capsules rather than a schedule to keep to, and it comes from the packaging, not from us.
