- Chinese Dodder Seed — the seed of Cuscuta, a leafless climbing vine that grows on other plants. Known as tu si zi, it is one of the classic tonic seeds.
- Asparagus — listed by that name alone, with no species given. Asparagus root appears in both Chinese and Ayurvedic herb traditions as well as on the dinner plate.
- Dong Quai — the root of Angelica sinensis, an umbellifer related to celery and carrot, and probably the single best-known herb in traditional formulas written for women.
- Cherokee Rose — Rosa laevigata, a white climbing rose. Its hips, jin ying zi, are the part used in herbal work.

- Schisandra Fruit — the berry of Schisandra chinensis, called the five-flavour berry in Chinese because it is said to be sweet, sour, salty, bitter and pungent at once.

- L-Argonne and L-Lysine — two amino-acid entries, printed on the panel exactly as spelled here. L-lysine is an essential amino acid found in ordinary foods such as eggs, fish and legumes.
- Lingstrum and Qianling — two entries printed on the panel that do not correspond to standard botanical or common names, so we transcribe them as they appear rather than substitute a plant we are only guessing at.
- Epimedium — a genus of low, shade-loving woodland perennials, long used in Chinese herbal medicine and widely grown in gardens as ground cover.
- Frece-Flower — again transcribed as printed. On the panel it is set between Epimedium and Ligustrum Lucidum.
- Ligustrum Lucidum — glossy privet, an evergreen shrub. Its dark fruit, nü zhen zi, is dried and used in traditional preparations.
- Rhizoma Curculiginis — the rhizome of Curculigo orchioides, a small grass-like plant of southern Asia, known as xian mao.
- Caffeine — the same stimulant found in coffee and tea. The amount is inside the proprietary blend and is not stated separately, which is worth knowing if you are sensitive to caffeine or are already having coffee, tea or an energy drink the same evening.
Two things the panel does not say are worth stating plainly. There is no "Other Ingredients" line, so the capsule shell material and any fillers are not disclosed on the pack. And because the whole 750 mg is declared as one blend, there is no way to work out how much of any single herb a capsule contains. How to use it
The directions printed on the sachet are to take one capsule one hour before intimacy, and to leave one hour between this capsule and any other supplement or medication. The label also states it may be used on a regular basis.
