What it is
X Honey for Men is a single 15 gram sachet of honey, sealed behind a gold foil blister card that carries a large black X and the words “HONEY FOR MEN”. One card holds one packet, and that packet is one serving. It is sold as a dietary supplement for adults 18 and over, and the back of the card is printed as a supplement label rather than a leaflet — directions, panel, caution text and barcode are all on the reverse of the same piece of card.
The format is the point of difference. Most products in Supplements for Men arrive as a capsule or a tablet you swallow with water. This one is a squeezable sachet of honey you take straight from the packet or stir into a drink, which suits anyone who dislikes swallowing capsules or wants something that travels flat in a wallet or a bag. The card is printed “Made in USA”.
What’s inside
The label lists an eleven-item proprietary blend, and it gives no individual amount for any of the eleven — only a single serving-size figure covering the blend as a whole. That is common on honey sachets, and it means the sensible thing to do is describe what the plants and nutrients are, not how much of each you are getting.
- Tribulus terrestris — a low, spiny ground-creeping plant found across southern Europe, Africa and Asia. Its fruit and aerial parts have a long history in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese preparations, and it is one of the most frequently used botanicals in men’s supplement formulas.
- Lycopene — the red carotenoid pigment that gives tomatoes, watermelon and pink grapefruit their colour. In supplements it is usually included as a plant-derived antioxidant compound.
- L-arginine — an amino acid that occurs naturally in everyday foods such as turkey, pumpkin seeds, peanuts and dairy. The body also makes its own; supplement forms are a concentrated version of the same molecule.
- Damiana leaf — a small yellow-flowered shrub native to Mexico, Central America and the Caribbean. Its dried leaves have been brewed as a folk tea in the region for generations.
- Guarana — a climbing vine from the Amazon basin whose seeds contain naturally occurring caffeine. It is the same seed used in Brazilian guaraná sodas and energy drinks.
- Yohimbe — bark from a West African evergreen tree. It is the ingredient on this label most worth reading up on before you buy: the NCCIH page on yohimbe sets out general background and the reasons it is not suitable for everyone, particularly people with blood-pressure or heart concerns.
- Maca — a hardy root vegetable in the mustard family, grown at high altitude in the Peruvian Andes and eaten locally as a food crop long before it was ever powdered into supplements.
- Vitamin B12 — a water-soluble vitamin found naturally in meat, fish, eggs and dairy; the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements fact sheet covers what it does in the body generally.
- Vitamin C — ascorbic acid, the vitamin most associated with citrus fruit, peppers and blackcurrants, and one of the most widely added nutrients in supplement formulas.
- Vitamin D3 — cholecalciferol, the form of vitamin D made in skin exposed to sunlight and added to fortified milk.
- Zinc oxide — a mineral compound used as a zinc source in supplements; the NIH zinc fact sheet gives general dietary background.
Those links are offered as neutral background reading on the ingredients themselves. None of the agencies behind them has reviewed, tested or endorsed this product, and nothing on those pages should be read as saying anything about it. Broader context on how botanical supplements are put together is in the NIH backgrounder on botanical dietary supplements.
Supplement Facts
The card carries two panels: the proprietary blend, and a food-style nutrition panel for the honey itself. Both are transcribed below exactly as printed.

† Daily Value not established. The serving-size figure is printed on the panel as a bare number, with no unit of measure alongside it, and no individual amount is given for any of the eleven blend items.

Other ingredients: no separate “other ingredients” line is printed on this card.
How to use it
The directions printed on the card are: take one X Honey packet one hour before sexual activity. The label adds that it may also be used on a regular basis, and that it should be taken one hour apart from any other supplement or medication.
The card also prints a firm upper limit, and it is the number most worth remembering: do not take more than one packet every 60 hours. That is a ceiling on how often the product may be taken, and nothing more than that. Store the sachet in a cool, dry place.
Because it is honey rather than a capsule, no water is needed. Tear the top of the sachet and take the contents directly, or stir the packet into tea, coffee or another drink if you prefer.
Who it’s for
This is a single-serving product for adults aged 18 and over, and one card is the whole purchase — useful if you have not tried a honey-format supplement before and would rather try one than commit to a box. It suits people who dislike swallowing capsules, and the flat card travels better than a bottle.
It is not for everyone. The blend contains yohimbe and naturally caffeinated guarana, so it is a poor fit for anyone sensitive to caffeine, and the label itself says other medication should be avoided alongside it. It is a men’s product. If a capsule or a tablet would suit you better, our male supplements category lists those alternatives.
Good to know
- Consult a physician if you have health issues or experience undesirable effects — this is printed on the card.
- The label advises against taking this alongside any other medication. If you take prescription medicine of any kind, and particularly nitrates or blood-pressure medicine, speak to a licensed healthcare professional first.
- Not for anyone under 18. Keep out of reach of children.
- Each packet contains 9 g of sugar and 50 calories, which is worth knowing if you are managing either.
- No California Prop 65 warning is printed on this packaging, so none is reproduced here.
- General consumer guidance on buying and using supplements is available from the FDA’s questions and answers on dietary supplements.

Frequently asked questions
How many sachets are on one card?
One. The card holds a single 15 gram honey sachet, and that sachet is one serving.
How is it taken?
The card directs one packet an hour beforehand, taken straight from the sachet or mixed into a drink, and kept an hour apart from other supplements or medication.
How often can it be taken?
The label sets a limit of no more than one packet every 60 hours. That figure is a maximum frequency printed by the manufacturer, and it should not be exceeded.
Are the amounts of each herb listed?
No. The panel names eleven blend items but prints no milligram figure for any of them individually, and the serving-size figure carries no unit of measure. We transcribe what is printed and do not fill in numbers that are absent.
Does it contain caffeine?
Guarana is on the ingredient list, and guarana seed contains caffeine naturally. The panel does not state a caffeine figure, so we cannot tell you how much.
Is it suitable if I take medication?
The label says taking it with other medication is not recommended and should be avoided. Ask a licensed healthcare professional before using it, and read the yohimbe background linked above.
