  • Why my password doesn't work?

    We started facing various problems with our website earlier in 2014. We spent hours to fix the issues. Our goal was to keep the system and avoid any major changes. We knew that if we change the system, we have to migrate the data and it would cause some inconvenience on the customer side. By the end of March, we were given no alternative but to change the entire system. As a result, we migrated the website to a new CMS(content management system). As of writing this blog, most of customers’ data has been migrated except the passwords and rewards points.

    We are in the process of transferring your rewards points but we are not able to transfer the passwords because they are encrypted. For this reason, we kindly ask you to reset your password using Forgot Your Password? option in the account login page.

    By doing so, an email will be sent to your email with instructions on how to go about changing your password. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check the Spam/Junk folder.
